A Mississauga, ON man was ticketed for speeding along highway 401 in Southern Ontario, Canada, on the weekend after another motorist observed him watching a pornographic movie on a portable DVD player while driving.

Police caught up with Efe Osemwegie, 32, on highway 401 near Port Hope at 12:39am after they clocked his speed at around 140kph along the 100kph stretch of highway. There was a portable DVD player on the front seat of his vehicle and evidence to suggest the man was also drinking alcohol.

The Toronto Sun says a police administered roadside breath test confirmed Osemwegie had indeed been drinking but, his blood/alcohol level was within the legal limit for operating a motor vehicle. Osemwegie was charged with speeding and having a television within view of the driver.
