Apple Martin’s Growing Up, And She Gives Her Mom Gwyneth Paltrow Makeup And Beauty Advice

Apple Martin gives beauty advice to her mother, Gwyneth Paltrow, according to Hello! Magazine. The 11-year-old daughter of Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is “very into beauty,” the 43-year-old actress revealed in her interview.

Despite the fact that Paltrow is surrounded by the world’s best beauty experts, she turns to her daughter Apple Martin for beauty advice. The Iron Man actress revealed that Apple gave her a product that saves a significant amount of time when applying makeup. Paltrow admitted that she is not “very good” at putting her own makeup because she has had her makeup done by makeup artists for over 20 years. The Oscar-winning actress also revealed that all she can do in terms of makeup is put some foundation, a little rouge on her cheeks, and some mascara.

“Luckily I have my own foundation color because I helped develop it. The Juice Beauty Illuminating Primer and Serum Foundation are foolproof and great.”

But it was her daughter Apple Martin who gave her a little Beautyblender to apply the foundation while Paltrow admitted that she still applies primer with her fingers like a moisturizer.

And Apple Martin is not the only one who shares beauty tips and tricks with Paltrow. In her recent interview with Elle, the Iron Man actress revealed her friend and fellow actress Cameron Diaz helped her out with beauty advice back when the two were starting out in the movie industry.

“Cameron Diaz is probably my biggest beauty mentor of my friends. She knows how to do her own hair and make-up.”

The mother of Apple Martin and ex-wife of Chris Martin even admitted that Diaz was the one who actually taught her to do hairstyles and makeup when the two were starting out their acting careers, calling her “my biggest beauty mentor.”

Paltrow has recently shared pictures from her family vacation in Peru, according to ET. The actress took her daughter Apple Martin and 9-year-old son Moses to the South American country.

As seen from Paltrow’s Instagram pics, the Emma actress and her children Apple Martin and Moses visited the ruins of Machu Picchu and a number of other stunning landscapes and villages of Peru.

Last month, Paltrow told ET that she was babysitting Beyoncé and Jay Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy, as the “Formation” singer and Paltrow’s ex-husband Martin performed during Super Bowl 2016 halftime show. She also jokingly complained that while Apple Martin and Moses’ dad and Blue’s mom are doing “these incredible, mind-boggling things,” she has to be the babysitter.

“It’s really funny. It’s like my kids’ dad and Blue’s mom are always doing these incredible, mind-boggling things and I’m always with the kids and the snack bag and baby wipes and juice boxes.”

It turns out Paltrow is not as strict about her daughter Apple Martin and son Moses’ eating habits as she is on her own, according to the Daily Mail. In her recent interview with KIIS radio hosts Jackie O’Henderson and Matty Acton, the Iron Man actress admitted she cuts her kids a significant amount of slack, especially as they get older.

She revealed that when Apple Martin and Moses were younger, she used to pack “a little soba noodle salad and a little wrap” for their field trips, but now she just gives them a Nutella sandwich and waves goodbye.

In her 2013 cookbook, It’s All Good, Paltrow claimed she forbids Apple Martin and Moses to eat pasta, bread, and rice. She based her strict dieting approach on the fact that everyone in her family is intolerant to gluten, dairy, and eggs.
