Ben Higgins And Lauren Bushnell Headed For A Split? His Lingering Feelings For JoJo Fletcher To Blame?

Even after Ben Higgins gave his final rose to Lauren Bushnell, questions about their relationship have continued. After all, the Bachelor star did tell his runner-up, JoJo Fletcher, that he loved her right before asking Bushnell to be his wife. Now that Fletcher is enjoying the limelight as the star of The Bachelorette, is she still getting in the way of Higgins’ love for Bushnell?

Following The Bachelor finale, Higgins and Bushnell traveled the country on a promotional tour before finally settling down in Higgins’ home in Denver. Although they are no longer on reality TV, the couple has kept fans up to date on their relationship through social media. However, their relationship might not be as good as it appears on the outside.

According to the Parent Herald, Bushnell is now jealous of Fletcher. While it is true that Bushnell made it out on top of The Bachelor, the fact that Fletcher now has her pick of men is not going over well with Higgins’ future wife. In particular, an inside source shared how Bushnell feels like Fletcher is the one who got the better deal, whereas she is stuck with Higgins.

“JoJo’s on a show where all these amazing guys are competing for her and her alone, and JoJo gets her pick,” the source stated. “She won’t have to deal with a guy who likes her and another woman.”

Of course, this is only the latest round of reports regarding the status of Higgins and Bushnell’s relationship. Shortly after the Bachelor finale, reports surfaced that Bushnell was having troubles getting over Higgins’ love for Fletcher. This is understandable, especially considering how Ben Higgins had a lot of feelings for Fletcher and that he struggled with making the final decision on the show.

So far, it appears as though the two have gotten over that early hurdle, but they still cannot seem to rid themselves of Fletcher. With Fletcher gearing up for the upcoming season of The Bachelorette, the problems between Bushnell and Higgins are only going to get worse.

At this time, it is unclear if Higgins and Bushnell can work through their complicated issues and remain together. For now, it appears as though the couple is trying their best to deal with their problems. How long that will last is yet to be seen, although Bushnell has made good on her promise to move from her home in California to Denver.

While fans wait to see what becomes of the Bachelor stars, OK! Magazine is reporting that Higgins and Bushnell have been nearly inseparable since the move to Denver. In fact, cameras caught the two during their move-in day. While Bushnell did discuss the work it took moving things into the home, Higgins decided to go shirtless as he helped her along.

Later, Bushnell and Higgins were spotted at a local Home Depot, where they bought an assortment of tools. Bushnell wore black jeans and a T-shirt for the outing, rounding out her casual look with a Chicago Cubs baseball cap. The two purchased a sander and a sledgehammer, which might indicate they are getting ready to remodel.

Although they appeared all smiles and hugs when they arrived at the store, the two appeared to have an argument inside. At one point, Higgins sat on a store ladder while Bushnell consoled him. It isn’t known what they two were arguing about, but it did appear serious enough to cause some concern.

Whether or not Fletcher has anything to do with their recent bout of arguments isn’t known. Whatever the case may be, Higgins and Bushnell clearly have a lot of issues to work on as they attempt to move forward with their lives together.
