‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 6 Premiere Spoilers: The Last Scene Is A Shocker!

The Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere was held in Hollywood over the weekend, and some of the lucky few who got to see the first episode, titled “The Red Lady,” shared their reactions online for the rest of the fans to read.

According to Uproxx, the reactions were good. Game of Thrones Season 6 is said to be the best yet. If the comments are a preview of what’s to come, fans can be sure they’ll be some big moments in the premiere.

One viewer revealed that the final scene of the first episode is a real OMG moment, saying, “The first episode is — big shock — awesome. Last scene… WHAAAAAA?”

Meanwhile, little is known about Game of Thrones Season 6 due to the fact that HBO has locked down the episodes to prevent the leaking of any spoilers. (That must mean there are some really big things happening!)

However, there have been a few spoilers revealed about the premiere. In addition to the shocking final scene, the whole episode is said to be action-packed.

The Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere will pick up right where Season 5 left off at Castle Black. Jon Snow is dead, which has been confirmed by HBO in the official episode synopsis for the episode. However, fans don’t believe Jon will stay dead for long.

In the clips that have been released, fans have already seen Sir Davos, Stannis Baratheon’s former right-hand man, guarding Jon’s dead body. Is it so Lady Melisandre, or someone else, can perform some magic on him and bring him back to life?

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, spoilers have been running wild that by the end of Season 6, Jon Snow will be back home in Winterfell with his half-sister, Sansa Stark, by his side. This would mean that Sansa and Theon have escaped the clutches of the evil Ramsay Bolton, and somehow he and the Bolton men have been driven out of Winterfell.

The Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere episode synopsis also reveals that Cersei Lannister will finally see her daughter again, but that the reunion won’t be a happy one. As viewers know, Myrcella Baratheon was murdered on her way home from Dorne as payback for Prince Oberyn’s death in Season 5. Although Myrcella had nothing to do with the situation, she was the unfortunate victim of the retaliation.

This will be a shocking blow for Cersei, who has been through a very traumatic time as of late. Not only has her father recently died, but she was taken prisoner by the High Sparrow and forced to confess to sins such as incest. Cersei was then forced to do a walk of shame through King’s Landing while villagers threw trash, and much worse, on her naked body.

However, Game of Thrones fans are fully expecting Cersei Lannister to be back with a vengeance in Season 6 and looking for her own revenge on those who have wronged her and her family. With Cersei’s only living child, Tommen, on the throne, will she be able to use her son’s status to her advantage, or will Tommen turn his back on his mother in order to rule Westeros?

Daenerys will also find herself in a tough spot, as she’s been taken by a Dothraki army and is likely headed to meet their Khal, who may not see Dany as the Khaleesi her late husband, Khal Drogo, once did. Her life is surely at stake, but Daario and Jorah are on their way to help the woman they both love.

Be sure to tune into the Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere on April 24 at 9 p.m. on HBO to find out how everything plays out.
