‘Bachelorette’ JoJo Fletcher Travels Around The Globe: Hometowns, Final Rose Ceremony Just Weeks Away

Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher is just weeks away from giving out her final rose and fans will soon find out if she gets engaged when the season premieres on May 23. Filming started out in Los Angeles in March and since then JoJo has traveled around the world to several amazing international destinations and will soon head back to the U.S. to film hometowns, overnight dates, and the season finale.

Where does JoJo travel this season, and when will the final rose ceremony be filmed? Here’s the latest scoop on JoJo’s journey to find love, including photos and a few spoilers about this season’s dates.

Just days after Ben’s season of the Bachelor came to an end on March 14, filming for JoJo’s season of the Bachelorette got underway. After meeting 25 guys at the Bachelor mansion on the first night of filming, JoJo went on at least two one-on-one dates and a group date in the Los Angeles area.

According to blogger Reality Steve, JoJo and her remaining guys then traveled to Farmington, Pennsylvania, on March 26 and stayed at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Photos of several of her dates, including a one-on-one that was filmed at a Dan + Shay concert, were shared on Twitter.

A group date at Heinz Field also created a buzz when a photo of JoJo and NFL stars Ben Roethlisberger, Hines Ward and Brett Keisel was posted online.

After spending several days in Pennsylvania, the cast and crew headed overseas on April 2 to their first romantic international destination: Uruguay.

According to Reality Steve, several dates for Episode 5 were filmed in Uruguay, including a one-on-one taped at the Capi Bar in Punta del Este on April 5, followed by a rose ceremony on April 6.

“Going by my schedule,” Steve writes, “tonight [April 6] should be the rose ceremony in Uruguay with a travel day tomorrow as they head to their next location.”

That location turned out to be Buenos Aires, where filming for Episode 7 is now underway. A savvy fan tweeted a photo on April 8 of eight guys filming their arrival in the capital and largest city of Argentina, and that means JoJo is one week closer to choosing her final four.

Although Reality Steve states that he is “confident” that one of the stops this season will be Thailand, he is not sure if that will be for dates or for the final rose ceremony (Sean Lowe’s season finale was filmed there in 2013).

During Kaitlyn’s season of the Bachelorette, the overnight dates came before the hometowns. So far, there is no word on whether producers will follow that format or film in the traditional order of hometown dates (four guys), followed by the overnights (three guys), and the remaining two men at the final rose ceremony.

Filming is expected to wrap up by the first or second week of May, so fans can expect final rose spoilers to leak out around that time.

Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss has been tweeting vague spoilers this season, but he’s not giving away any details that will reveal who JoJo is falling for. However, he did reveal earlier this week that the “L-word” was “uttered,” but he didn’t say if she felt the same.

Hopefully, JoJo won’t fall in love with two guys, but if she does she may have a better understanding of the struggle Bachelor Ben Higgins went through with both JoJo and Lauren.

The season premiere of the Bachelorette Season 12 is scheduled to air on Monday, May 23 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

Is it possible that she is not as serious about finding love as Mike Fleiss says she is?

Fans will find out soon enough if JoJo gets engaged or leaves the show and gets back together with Chad. The Bachelorette Season 12 premiere airs May 23 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
