In other Justin Bieber music news, it’s a momentous time for the Canadian’s mega-successful collaboration with Jack Ü’s Skrillex and Diplo. Their global, Grammy winning hit “Where Are Ü Now” has officially shifted over three million units in America since it dropped back in February 2015 with the production-DJ duo’s debut Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü album.

The EDM-pop banger also picked up the Award for Collaboration of the Year at the 2015 American Music Awards and topped Shazam’s UK Top 100 chart.

Fast forward to March 28, 2016, the Recording Industry Association of America (R.I.A.A.) certified “Where Are U Now” as triple platinum. Each unit is equal to one paid download or 150 streams.

As Bieber fans know, “Where Are U Now” also ushered in the music and chart resurgence for Bieber, who went on to release his multi-platinum Purpose album on November 13, 2015.

The heartthrob’s album subsequently debuted on the Billboard 200 Albums chart at No. 1 and is triple platinum in the U.S. It’s also triple platinum in the U.K. selling over 900,000 copies since its release.

The first three singles from the album yielded multi-platinum certifications for “What Do You Mean,” “Sorry” and “Love Yourself,” all of which hit the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart in their respective frames.

Bieber’s music success is also noted in the U.K.’s Official Chart Company’s newly-released stats.

The 22-year-old had three songs in the Top 10 Most Streamed Songs of 2016 list. “Love Yourself” reigns at No.1 on the Most Streamed list. He also takes the No. 3 spot with “Sorry” No. 8 ranking with “What Do You Mean.”
