It was only five months ago that Jennifer Garner gave birth to her third child with actor and husband Ben Affleck. Their first boy, Samuel Garner Affleck was born and “chaos” in the Affleck household ensued. With that said, that’s not enough to stop husband Ben Affleck in wanting to add even more to their brood.

Perhaps in competition with best friend Matt Damon who has four children, Garner confirmed to Extra of her husband’s enthusiasm to add to their family, “The fact that Ben wants another [baby] is true.” In addition to Samuel, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have Violet Anne, 6, and Seraphina Rose, 3.

Although Ben Affleck is enthusiastic about the possibility of having more children with his wife of 7 years, Garner has said, at 40,  it’s going to be difficult to convince her to add on to their family. “I can tell you that would be a pretty uphill battle with me. I am not anticipating having any more kids!” However, the actress is quick to praise Ben, 39,  for his parenting skills, especially when she’s busy with her acting career. Currently she’s promoting her new film, The Odd Life of Timothy Green. “Ben took a break,” she says. “He came, he did the school drop-offs and pick-ups and bedtimes.”

This past Mother’s Day, Ben Affleck wasn’t without praise for his wife. In a Mother’s Day video Ben said, “I just want to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms in my life. My mom, Chris, and my amazing wife, Jennifer, who is an incredible, spectacular, world-class mom, and I want to thank her.”
