Anna Duggar’s Sister, Priscilla, Gets Political For Ted Cruz, Promotes New Duggar Show ‘Counting On’
Anna Duggar has been a hot topic for Duggar fans following the news that Josh Duggar has left rehabilitation and is back home with his family. Prior to the disgraced Duggar’s release, Anna was living with the Duggar family, seemingly taking up residence in the girl’s dorm at the Duggar compound, remaining close with the Duggar clan. With Josh back in the picture, things will likely remain the same as the Duggars attempt to find a new place for their oldest son. Despite the family’s problems, it seems that Anna Duggar has at least one of her family members on her side when it comes to remaining in a relationship with Josh. Anna’s sister, Priscilla Waller, has been promoting the new Duggar reality series while also publicly endorsing Ted Cruz for President.
Following a stint in rehabilitation for a pornography addiction and infidelity, Josh made his first public appearance with wife Anna while shopping at Sam’s Furniture in Springdale, Arkansas. The pair was reportedly in good spirits as they looked at furniture items. As Josh and Anna try to continue their life in Arkansas quietly out of the spotlight, Josh’s siblings are soaking up their reality star fame in a new series Jill & Jessa: Counting On.
While Anna has been featured on the show, the other siblings are taking front-and-center in a bid to reclaim the Duggar name, which was tarnished by the Josh Duggar scandal. Rumors swirled while Josh was in rehab that Anna’s family was pressuring her to divorce the unfaithful Duggar. However, Anna’s brother, Daniel Keller, says his parents were pressuring Anna to stay with Josh not leave him as they feared how a daughter getting a divorce would look on the religious family. That didn’t stop brother Daniel Keller though from voicing disdain for her marriage to Josh. In Daniel’s infamous Facebook comments, he called Josh a “pig” and begged his sister to leave.
“My parents are preaching [to] stay [with] him. They’re more interested in how their daughter getting a divorce will look than they are in trying to truly get Josh some help and getting Anna and the kids out of there until he has gotten that help. She said she’s staying where she’s at. But I won’t stop trying to get that pig out of our family.”
While Daniel Keller was not keen on Anna staying with Josh Duggar, Anna’s sister, Priscilla Waller, seems to be an advocate for pushing through the marriage. Priscilla and David Waller continue to push the Duggar family’s TLC series, Jill & Jessa: Counting On, via Twitter by retweeting Duggar family posts about the upcoming show.

David and Priscilla Waller also retweeted marriage advice posted by Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Therefore, it seems there are no hard feelings between Priscilla and the Duggars as they continue their relationships as normal. When David and Priscilla aren’t retweeting Counting On and Duggar promos, they spend much of their time encouraging others to vote for Ted Cruz.
While Josh and Anna Duggar are remaining silent on their political choices this session, Anna’s sister, Priscilla, has been a very outspoken supporter of Ted Cruz. The couple’s Twitter page is full of Ted Cruz support tweets and endorsements.
