‘Twilight’ Stars Kristen Stewart And Robert Pattinson Now Have One More Thing In Common

It’s been some time since Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson co-starred in the Twilight saga, but that doesn’t mean connections between the two superstars are growing any weaker, especially when the two seem to be dating within the same circles. Since Twilight ended, Stewart has grown more comfortable in her own skin, accepting her sudden celebrity status as well as coming to terms with her own sexuality, so it should come as no surprise that Kristen might come to find romance with another of her ex-boyfriend’s former lovers.

The latest reinvention of herself began when Stewart packed up her bags and took her newly cemented celebrity status across the Atlantic to Paris, France. There, Kristen made waves in the city of love by embracing Parisian theater and film, collaborating with famed director Olivier Assayas, and taking home the much coveted Cesar Award. If that was all that had happened to change Stewart’s life in France, that still would be much to brag about, but the Twilight actress also found a new and invigorating romance with French singer, SoKo.

It seems fate is having a little fun at the expenses of Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, because even when their careers have driven the former lovers thousands of miles apart, there still seems to be ties that bind the two together. Stewart’s new love interest confessed in an interview that was published before Soko and Kristen were ever an item that she also had once been involved with Twilight‘s Pattinson.

“Yeah, it was the best thing ever,” said SoKo in describing her experience in arriving in Los Angeles. “Three nights in, I went out and met a girl who was like ‘Hey, I like your music, I work for a label and we would love to sign you. Where are you staying, do you need a place to stay?’ and I was like ‘Yeah I do.’ That same night I had a blind date with Robert Pattinson!”

More recently, SoKo confirmed that she was involved with Kristen Stewart and that she only had room in her heart for the one Twilight star.

“I’m very, very, very in love and very happy in a relationship, so I don’t have that urge.”

Speaking only of what he’s heard, Hoult says his onscreen Equals love interest is a really great cook, though he couldn’t speak from personal knowledge. He says she has a great reputation for being able to prepare some truly heavenly culinary masterpieces, though.

Nicholas also felt compelled to dispel any ideas that the romance seen between himself and Stewart onscreen have anything to do with their friendship off camera. The Equals actor says he shares a strictly platonic relationship with Kristen, despite what might be rumored in the tabloids.

“Of course there’s always going to be speculation on those things,” Hoult said. “But there’s also a whole business behind people kind of fueling those fires and creating speculation out of nothing.”

Kristen Stewart is often the focus of Hollywood gossip with rumors linking the Twilight actress to nearly every actor she has been cast opposite in her films. This may be a credit to Stewart’s acting abilities, but it also would seem to cause turmoil for Kristen in her relationships with those for whom she truly does care. Rumors involving Stewart’s love interests are particularly confusing, as the Twilight actress would seem to prefer women over men and even that observation can only be applied to Stewart’s most recent relationships. As Kristen herself has observed, her sexuality is fluid and defies labels.

“If you feel you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it,” Ms. Stewart said in 2015. “But I am an actress, man. I live in the f—–g ambiguity of this life and I love it. I don’t feel like it would be true for me to be like, ‘I’m coming out!’ No, I do a job.”

Next up for Kristen Stewart is the Woody Allen romantic comedy, Cafe Society, also starring Jesse Eisenberg and Blake Lively. The film follows a young man, newly arrived in 1930s Hollywood and eager to launch a film career, only to be swept away by love and the popular cafe society of that era. Cafe Society will hit theaters on May 11.
