Mariah Carey’s Dying Sister Is Begging A-Lister For Help

Mariah Carey has a sister and a brother, and both siblings are seeking help for Alison Carey, who is dying and in need of assistance. The Carey family has a fractured relationship, and right now, they are not in contact with one another except through the media. But Alison Carey has had a rough time, and is reaching out to sister Mariah for some help, with little success.

According to Hollywood Life, understanding what has happened in Alison Carey’s life can help Mariah Carey fans get why there is a rift in the Carey family. For now, Mariah Carey is refusing to help Alison, her HIV positive sister, with medical care and expenses. Mariah Carey is the baby of the family at 45 — Alison is 54, and brother Morgan is 51 — and Morgan Carey, in particular, has not been shy about using some choice names when it comes to his youngest sister, and none of them flatter the youngest Carey.

But right now, Alison Carey is in peril, as she needs spinal and brain surgery. In the last year, Alison Carey was on a ventilator. In all truth, Mariah Carey’s funds could be a big help, but the sisters have not spoken in five years, mostly because Alison was a heroin addict for years

“I don’t want Mariah to think I only want her for her money, like everyone else does. I want her to love me again. I want her to be my sister again.”

The Daily Mail says that Alison Carey put out a video message for Mariah Carey, begging her for help. Alison Carey is now a recovering drug addict, she is clean, but she needs family help and support. She has four children, and between child expenses and medical expenses, she is in dire straits. But Morgan Carey says that Mariah Carey is a witch who has deserted her family of origin, though Mariah Carey herself has battled mental health problems.

Alison Carey was the victim of a home invasion last year which left her injured and brain damaged. Carey needs surgery and intensive rehabilitation. Morgan Carey has also made a video, and he is angry that despite vast resources, Mariah Carey refuses to help or even communicate with her family.

“Mariah is the one person in the family who could actually make a real meaningful difference to Alison’s life.”

Morgan says that Alison is taking her HIV meds and attending NA meetings regularly, and is committed to her recovery. Morgan also revealed that Alison had worked as a prostitute in the past to support her children, but that is all behind her. Morgan understands that Mariah would not want to give Alison money directly, as that would not be smart with an addict.

“Look me personally I’m not going to hand my sister Alison a penny directly, but if I can give money to the person giving her care, I’m going to do it.”

But Starcasm says that Mariah Carey hasn’t just blown off Alison, she has also been dismissive of brother Morgan Carey. He says that Mariah Carey probably spends more on dog food than it would take to help out their sister Alison with her medical expenses.

“I told Mariah my wife had miscarried and she never even responded to that email either. But that’s typical, because the world has to revolve around Mariah and there is no room in the world apart from her.”

Morgan said that he only heard that Mariah Carey was getting married for the third time through social media. The family has tried to reach out to her for various reasons, and she cannot be bothered to return calls, emails, or texts.
