Kathryn Edwards Shares Her Thoughts On Lisa Rinna Vs. Lisa Vanderpump

Kathryn Edwards has been staying out of the Lisa Rinna vs. Lisa Vanderpump feud all season, because she isn’t exactly involved. And as Rinna decided to bring the topic on the table during a dinner in Dubai, Kathryn sat back and listened to the argument. Edwards is now sharing her own thoughts on the argument, which will continue to play out next week on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

According to a new Bravo report, Kathryn Edwards is now revealing that she felt that Vanderpump was under attack. She felt that the ladies came to the dinner with the goal of getting Vanderpump to admit she had lied or twisted the truth. Of course, Edwards knows that the word “Munchausen” has been brought up in various situations, but the focus isn’t about Yolanda Foster anymore — it’s about who brought it up and how it was handled.

“It felt like an accosting to me once we were all seated and the conversation began. Lisa R. and Eileen came to dinner with nothing other than wanting to make Lisa V. fly the white flag. That’s how it felt sitting there. Munchausen Schmunchausen, manipulation/deflection, lies/apologies. It bothered me that Eileen and Lisa R. wanted to make such a big deal about something that Kyle had no issue with,” Kathryn Edwards explains in her blog, sharing that she’s still trying to figure out everything that has been said and done.

“Kyle said it, she said she didn’t care if Lisa V. made the comment to Rinna…Why isn’t that enough for them?” Kathryn questions, writing, “Kyle and Lisa V. said that they love each other and are good with their friendship…good enough for me. I may not understand the nature with regard to that topic, but there are a lot of relationships that have quirks, who are any of us to judge their friendship? People could ask the same question about other friendships in the group…oh, wait a minute, they did. Clearly Rinna isn’t budging, she swears she’s telling the truth, Lisa V. swears she’s telling the truth, too, so let’s call it a truce and move on, right? HA! Never!”

And Erika Girardi did bring up the same point; Rinna wants Vanderpump to admit that she wanted to bring Kyle Richards into it, something that Vanderpump doesn’t want to admit to. She kept saying that she wasn’t lying and hadn’t twisted the truth. Even though Rinna and Eileen Davidson kept asking Vanderpump to just be honest, Kathryn seemed to just sit back and listen to the conversations without taking a side. Kathryn Edwards understands the differences in opinion.

“Vanderpump doesn’t see it the same way as Eileen does. [She] isn’t apologizing for the ‘affair’ word because she wasn’t trying to hurt Eileen. I do think it’s cultural…Certain words carry a bigger weight in different countries and cultures. I think Lisa V. used the ‘A’ word without considering that it would be viewed as offensive to Eileen,” Kathryn Edwards points out in her blog.

It is definitely interesting that Edwards isn’t taking a side in this entire thing. For a while, Erika Girardi questioned whether Kathryn Edwards had taken a liking to Vanderpump and was therefore on her side. According to Reality Tea, Erika felt that Edwards was favoring Vanderpump in some instances, as she gossiped to Lisa about things that Erika had said about her. As it turns out, Erika didn’t trust Edwards anymore, and she failed to understand why she favored the other co-star.
