‘World Of Warcraft’ Noblegarden Event Now Underway: Collect Eggs, Pets, Or Even The Swift Springstrider Mount

Noblegarden, the egg-hunting annual event in World of Warcraft, is back. Players can now head to select starting areas to look for eggs filled with chocolate or other event items. Collect enough chocolates to purchase pets, special clothing items, or the unique Swift Springstrider mount from event vendors. Work through the event’s achievements to earn “the Noble” title or contribute to the meta achievement “What a Long Strange Trip It’s Been.”

The event is currently ongoing with an end date on April 4, according to the official website. Brightly Colored Eggs are just waiting to be found in some of Azeroth’s early zones. Players will have to move fast, though, because if another player loots the egg quicker, it will disappear. Thanks to the cross-realm zoning technology in World of Warcraft, these zones are overpopulated with players from several different servers, making the competition quite intense.

“The great feast of Noblegarden has long been celebrated by the races of the Alliance and recently adopted by those of the Horde. During this joyous event, it is customary for the nobles and lords from each race to hide coins, candy, and the occasional treasures within special eggs painted to look like wildflowers. These eggs are then scattered around major cities for the citizenry to find.”

Members of the Alliance in World of Warcraft will need to visit Goldshire in Elwynn Forest, Kharanos in Dun Morogh, Dolanaar in Teldrassil, or Azure Watch on Azuremyst isle. Brightly Colored Eggs can only be found in these locations just outside of the faction’s capital cities, Stormwind City, Ironforge, Darnassus, and the Exodar respectively. For the Horde, players will need to visit Razor Hill in Durotar, Brill in Tirisfal Glades, Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore, or Falconwing Square in Eversong Woods. These towns are just outside of Orgrimmar, Undercity, Thunder Bluff, and Silvermoon City respectively.

Players can only find Brightly Colored Eggs in these areas. Opening up eggs is the primary activity during Noblegarden since the chocolate inside can be used to purchase various Noblegarden items. Not to mention, a Brightly Colored Egg could even contain event clothes or the Spring Rabbit’s Foot. World of Warcraft players can use their looted Noblegarden Chocolate to purchase items from the Noblegarden Merchants found in each of the event locations.

According to the Noblegarden overview on the official World of Warcraft website, players can pick up the Swift Springstrider mount for 500 Noblegarden Chocolates. Two battle pets are also available for purchase at 100 Noblegarden Chocolates each. The Spring Rabbit’s Foot unlocks the rare Spring Rabbit while the Mystical Spring Bouquet item unlocks a literal floating arrangement of flowers to compete against other battle pets.

Of course, there are other items to purchase with Noblegarden Chocolates. A number of cosmetic clothes are available; however, they cannot be used in transmogrification. Bunny ear helms, seasonal dresses, tuxedo items, and other items cost anywhere from 10 to 50 Noblegarden Chocolates as evidenced by the WoWhead guide.

Finding Brightly Colored Eggs, eating Noblegarden Chocolates, finding a mate for the Spring Rabbit battle pet, and other achievements are required for the “Noble Gardener” achievement. This achievement rewards the account “the Noble” title while also counting toward the meta achievement “What a Long Strange Trip It’s Been,” the achievement that rewards the Violet Proto-Drake mount. Eight Noblegarden achievements are required to unlock the title, and WoWhead details the steps of each achievement for players looking to knock these achievements out this year. Many of the achievements require the player to visit different locations all over Azeroth in addition to interacting with other players. Two additional Noblegarden achievements are also available during the event, however, these achievements are not required for the “Noble Gardener” achievement.
