When in New York, be sure to visit the giant zucchini

A New York woman has cultivated a 6-foot (183cm) long zucchini in her backyard.

Apollonia Castitlione grew the giant Long Italian zucchini over summer using nothing more than fertilizer, water and a little TLC.

The zucchini is still growing, but has some time yet to break the world-record 7-foot, 10-inch zucchini grown in India three years ago.
