Man Gets Released From Prison, Immediately Has Sex In Front Of Children, Gets Sent Back To Prison

An English man who had just been released from prison finally had the opportunity to start his life over again, but instead, he had sex in public in view of young children and instantly got put back behind bars.

According to the Huffington Post, 37-year-old Peter Walker was riding a single-decker public bus in Cradley Heath, West Midlands, mere hours after his prison sentence was up. He was riding with his girlfriend, 26-year-old Samantha Truslove. Apparently, it had been so long since they’d seen each other that they simply couldn’t wait. The two were caught having sex in the back of the bus, in full view of strangers, including underage children. Police were notified of their indecent behavior and they were promptly arrested.

Both of them were charged on Thursday and both pleaded guilty to outraging public indecency, according to local news SWNS. Before they had sex on the bus, Peter Walker reportedly also consumed a substantial amount of alcohol. It’s unclear if he was intoxicated at the time of the incident, but he drank enough for the judge to bring it up.

“You didn’t even wait until you got home to commit an offense,” said Judge Graham Wilkinson. “You went straight out and consumed alcohol, had sexual intercourse in full sight of all people wandering by, including children.”

And the judge wasn’t simply suggesting that children might have witnessed Peter Walker and Samantha Truslove having sex in the back of the bus. According to Prosecutor Linda Gudgeon, three young children actually did witness the encounter.

“It was school-leaving time and two eight-year-old boys and a nine-year-old girl saw and had to have their eyes averted. One mother said she has had to have a discussion with her child about it several times since.”

Judge Wilkinson sent Peter Walker right back to prison, sentencing him to 17 more weeks behind bars. He also verbally reprimanded Walker, reminding him that he was aware of how foolish his behavior was, having just been released from prison.

“You left prison on January 6 knowing that if you committed an offence you would go back to prison,” said the judge.

Having sex with Walker on the bus was also a big mistake for Samantha Truslove, who had previously been banned via an Anti-Social Behavior Order from the borough of Sandwell for disturbing her neighbors with constant drunken behavior in 2013. She got a much harsher prison term than her boyfriend, getting herself sentenced to 28 weeks. But it’s possible that punishment was made steeper by the fact that Samantha Truslove reportedly exploded in court and began screaming at the judge. She had to be removed from the proceedings, according to the Daily Mail.

Truslove was also drunk, belligerent, and abusive toward the police who came to arrest her for having sex on a public bus, which resulted in additional charges. She had already violated the Anti-Social Behavior Order several times before the bus incident.
