Kristen Stewart, after shocking news of her affair with director Rupert Sanders came to light, has split from longtime beau Robert Pattinson.  Now Perez Hilton is reporting the guilt for what she did is starting to set in.  Kristen supposedly is spending her days wallowing in self-pity and pining for the day that Robert Pattinson will want her back.

After reports surfaced that Pattinson banned Stewart from appearing at any of his public events or press conferences for his upcoming film Cosmopolis, the reports began surfacing that Stewart was acting like a “heartbroken teenager”.  Kristen Stewart is sending her days wolfing down ice cream and crying hysterically.

A source revealed to Perez Hilton,

“Kristen hasn’t showered or changed or washed her hair in several days. She is laying around in her T-shirt and shorts and eating ice cream. She really wants to believe that she can win back Rob, but I think deep down she knows that isn’t the case.”

Kristen has also told people that she is secretly holding out hope that Pattinson will take her back regardless of her infidelity.  As of right now though she is completely inconsolable.

The source also admitted that even though Stewart is so unbelievably sad, she is starting to come to grips with the idea that even though she is dying to have Pattinson back that may just never happen.

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Stewart is at producer Giovanni Agnelli’s home after her ex-boyfriend asked her to move out.

Another source told the Hollywood Reporter,

“She is crying her eyes out non-stop and does not want to communicate with anyone,”
