Emma Stone

Emma Stone Has A New Physique And New Projects On The Horizon

If you think Emma Stone looks a little different these days, it’s because she’s been training for a new role or two.

The often slim and svelte actress stepped out looking shapelier than usual over the weekend. Stone, 27, was spotted by paparazzi in Malibu on Saturday, March 26. The Birdman star reportedly spent some time at the gym before getting gas for her black SUV. It looks like Stone’s dedication at the gym has worked.

She showed off her incredible new physique in navy blue leggings, which showed off her toned and shapely behind. Emma paired her workout look with a black tank top and a black leather jacket. She pulled her darker red hair back into a little ponytail. According to the Daily Mail report, Emma has been busy working on five new films as well as a new television series.

Emma Stone showed off her new curves again last Thursday in West Hollywood. The starlet was photographed wearing a navy blue tank top with a pair of navy blue and white patterned Nike leggings. She completed her gym look with a pair of black trainers and a black-studded chain strap handbag. Emma’s hair was wearing that tiny ponytail as she kept her eyes hidden behind a pair of black wayfarer sunglasses.

It’s been announced that she will be starring alongside her Superbad co-star Jonah Hill in a new dark and edgy comedy called Maniac, which is set to release on Netflix. The 10-episode series is based on the 2014 Norwegian comedy series of the same name. However, the series doesn’t have a writer yet. But Stone and Hill are set to star and executive produce the project, while Cary Fukunaga will direct each episode.

Stone will also play the mentally disabled older sister of President John F. Kennedy and senators Robert F. Kennedy and Ted Kennedy in the upcoming film Letters from Rosemary. This new project is to “be produced by Steve Golin and Doug Wald of Anonymous Content along with Allard Cantor, Jarrod Murray, and Richard Arlook,” according to CNN.

Emma will play the role of Rose Marie “Rosemary” Kennedy, who was the first to receive a prefrontal lobotomy, but the surgery left her body permanently disabled.

There’s more big news for the actress. It’s been announced that she will co-star alongside Sarah Silverman for the upcoming film for Fox Searchlight’s Battle of the Sexes, according to Variety. The movie also stars comedian Steve Carrell, actress Elisabeth Shue, and Andrea Riseborough, and it “will follow the competition between tennis pros Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs, which captured the zeitgeist back in 1973, when at 29, the No. 2-ranked King beat the 55-year-old retired former Wimbledon champion Riggs.”

Danny Boyle will be producing the film under the Decibel Films brand along with Christian Colson and his company, Cloud Eight. The movie is set for release in 2017.

While Emma Stone has been making headlines for her new projects and curves, the actress has also been turning heads with her new hair color. For those who don’t know, Emma is a natural blonde. But the actress decided to change her signature red hair color for an auburn dye, which means that she’s going to the dark side for one of her edgy new roles. Stone is breaking some hair color rules, since most would dye their hair a lighter shade in the spring and summer months, but she can pretty much do no wrong.
