Lauren Bushnell Offered Gig With Lingerie Company, ‘Bachelor’ Ben Higgins’ Fiancée Offered Big Bucks And Free Bras

Lauren Bushnell is enjoying her alone time with fiancé Bachelor Ben Higgins now that they no longer have cameras following them around on dates. The couple left New York after their media tour and have been busy visiting their families in Warsaw, Indiana, and Portland, Oregon.

Although most Bachelor franchise cast members have turned to social media to do paid product promotions after their season wraps up, Lauren and Ben told AOL Build that they have turned down opportunities because they are focused on their relationship.

However, that didn’t stop a lingerie company from contacting Lauren and offering her big bucks — and a supply of bras and panties — to become a spokesperson for their products.

According to TMZ, Lauren was offered a “year long endorsement deal” from a company called Yandy to the tune of $50,000 plus some free lingerie.

TMZ‘s sources state that if Lauren agreed to take the gig, she would be promoting Yandy‘s new bridal line. Based in Arizona, the company states that it sells the “hottest sexy lingerie, costumes, swimwear, sexy clothes, and lingerie costumes.”

Ben recently told Extra TV that their wedding will be happening “soon” as in “early 2017, [late] 2016,” so bringing in an extra $50,000 to push lingerie on social media would give the couple extra cash for their wedding and honeymoon — unless ABC picks up the tab for a TV wedding.

So far, Ben and Lauren haven’t done any paid advertising on their social media accounts, so it’s not clear if she will accept the gig with Yandy. In fact, they’ve been laying low when it comes to sharing their post-Bachelor life with fans, something that’s almost unheard within the Bachelor franchise.

“We’re open to opportunities,” Ben told AOL, “but we haven’t accepted them right now because our main goal is to concentrate on us, we want to celebrate this.”

Most couples who leave the show take all the endorsement they can get. Bachelor in Paradise stars Tanner and Jade Roper promote everything from sunglasses to Flat Tummy Tea on Instagram and Twitter.

Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe and her fiancé Shawn Booth constantly pimp out products on social media including Cluse Watches, TRESemme hair products, and IdealLean protein supplements.

However, Ben and Lauren seem to be steering clear of the endorsements and are enjoying their time with their families before they have to head back to work. That’s right, the Bachelor and his bride-to-be have real jobs and plan on settling into a normal life once Lauren moves from Marina Del Rey, California, to Ben’s home in Denver, Colorado.

Ben reportedly turned down a spot on Dancing with the Stars and told AOL Build that he plans to return to his job at Talisys, a Denver-based company he’s worked for since he graduated from college. Lauren, a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines, said that her job is flexible and she will start flying again, possibly as soon as April.

“It’s nice to be with her [Lauren] and I want to make sure that’s what’s happening right now and not getting our whole lives super busy again.”

Ben and Lauren spent the last week in his hometown of Warsaw, Indiana, where they celebrated his birthday and attended a charity event at the Baker Youth Club, the site of one of their one-on-one dates on the Bachelor. According to a previous report from The Inquisitr, the couple will travel to visit Lauren’s family in Oregon next and she has plans to move into Ben’s home in April.

There is no doubt that Ben and Lauren will be offered many product endorsement gigs and paid appearances in the coming months, but it’s refreshing to see a Bachelor couple who actually wants to put their relationship first.
