Patrick Dempsey Models For Makeup Line Of Reconciled Wife
Patrick Dempsey is ensuring to go to the lengths necessary to show his support for his wife, Jillian, after the two recently reconciled following a lengthy split.
Although modelling makeup isn’t usually the dreamy actor’s forte, he was sure to promote for his wife’s released makeup line in his own way by taking to Instagram where he shared his pride. Dempsey posted a video to Instagram wearing a selection of eye makeup from the line and as a caption, he shared how “innovative” the new product is.
“I’m not a makeup guy, but I’m proud of my wife’s innovative product, Lid Tints for eyes#jilliandempsey #lidtints @jilliandempsey.”
As Wonderwall describes, wife Jillian is seen in the video applying some of her eyeshadow line called “Lid Tints” to Dempsey’s eyelids. The product is a creamy and nude shadow that Jillian Dempsey launched last month. The Hollywood makeup artist has one star-studded list of clientele. She lists Jennifer Lawrence and Kristen Stewart as clients.
Although fans may get a better idea as to the beneficial effects of the cosmetics by seeing them on a female model, checking out Dempsey’s hypnotic, dressed up peepers is not at all hard on the onlooker’s eyes.
Patrick and Jillian appear to be officially back on after a lengthy time apart. His once-estranged wife looks to be back for good a little over a year following the announcement of their split. As Wonderwall reminds, it was in January, 2015, that Jillian and Patrick Dempsey “simultaneously” filed papers for divorce. The couple then released a statement to the public announcing their split.
“It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage. Our primary concern remains the wellbeing of our children.”
The publication relays words of a source who states that the formerly estranged couple are “100 percent back together.” The source even shares that the newly reconciled couple are even talking about expanding their family with baby number four.
“They’re very excited about the possibility of baby number four and have agreed to start trying for another child before summer arrives.”
When the announcement broke that Patrick and Jillian were reconciling and working on getting back to good, it was exactly a year following their split announcement. Insiders close to the couple couldn’t be happier for the pair, and one such source spoke to People about the couple and their intentions to make things right.
“For the past year, Patrick and Jillian have been working on getting to where they are right now. They are not dating anyone else, and only each other. They seem very happy and are spending a lot of time together. They go on dates and are also involved with the kids together. The divorce made Patrick miserable. It was definitely a wake-up call. There are no more divorce plans. Patrick and Jillian plan on being a family again.”
On January 13, Jillian posted to Instagram a picture of herself and Dempsey celebrating his 50th birthday together, which sparked rumors that the two were back together. People reported about the surprising, yet welcomed, post.
“The hairstylist and makeup artist took to Instagram to celebrate the Bridget Jones’s Baby star’s latest milestone writing, ‘Happy 5 ‘0’!!! @patrickdempsey xxx’ also adding a winking face emoji.”
Sources later confirmed that the couple is working towards being fully back together. The couple had been married for 15 years before they announced their split last year.
The loves already have a 13-year-old daughter Tallulah and 9-year-old twin sons, Sullivan and Darby, but a sixth member of the Dempsey clan may be in the cards for the pair.
