Wendy Touton is confirmed to be the mistress of George David, former Chairman of United Technologies, who is currently going through an expensive divorce with his estranged wife, Marie Douglas-David.

In court proceedings, Marie Douglas-David’s Lawyer questioned George David about his relationship with Wendy Touton. David told him that he had been involved with Touton in a sexual encounter two days before his deposition in December 08. Marie Douglas-David is suing him for a settlement worth $99 million in the divorce.
