‘RHOBH’ Yolanda Foster Speaks After Divorce, Reveals What Brought Tears To Her Eyes

Yolanda Foster and her husband, David, parted ways last year, but when it comes to their current status, the couple remains married after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star officially filed for divorce in January.

On the Bravo reality show, which was filmed prior to Yolanda Foster’s split, fans are starting to see that all is not well between the couple as the season continues. Although they haven’t yet split on the show, David has been seen openly doubting their marriage with a friend, and Yolanda Foster has admitted that she hasn’t exactly been a full-time wife.

“The patient suffers, but the caretakers suffer too. Because life doesn’t only change for us, it changes for the person next to you,” Yolanda Foster said during an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show earlier this month, via Us Weekly.

While Yolanda Foster hasn’t exactly said point blank that her Lyme disease led to her divorce, she seemed to hint at such, and understandably so. After all, Yolanda Foster has been extremely ill for about four years now, which is nearly the entirety of her marriage.

“At the end of the day, David never changed, I changed,” Yolanda Foster explained. “Unfortunately, these are the cards that life dealt me. It wasn’t by choice. But I’m not the woman I used to be and I probably will never be again. My focus, my energy goes to trying to get well, trying to make a difference, trying to find a cure for my children… and David’s life is really traveling, going to concerts, loud music. And I mean, I couldn’t, I can barely listen to the radio.”

In Yolanda Foster’s latest blog, which was shared on March 23, the reality star and mother of three opened up about her Lyme disease battle, revealing that watching Tuesday night’s episode brought tears to her eyes.

During the show, Yolanda Foster was seen being honored for raising Lyme disease awareness and was joined at the Lyme disease gala in New York City by her children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, as well as her husband, David, and co-stars Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Kathryn Edwards.

“Watching tonight’s episode brought tears back to my eyes. Seeing my children, my mom and friends show up to support me, speak for me and listen for me meant more than words can ever say,” Yolanda Foster wrote. “We who suffer from chronic Lyme can only ask for our loved ones to try to understand and be compassionate about this invisible disease. Thank god I am blessed with a small circle that has guided me through these years and never let go.”

In other Yolanda Foster news, her husband has reportedly moved on from their marriage with actress Selma Blair. According to a report by Radar Online on March 2, David, 66, was spotted out with Blair in West Hollywood, California, weeks ago, where the rumored pair enjoyed a dinner date at Craig’s restaurant.

“Selma and David were alone together at dinner and they looked really cozy,” an eyewitness told the outlet, revealing that they were also joined by Caitlyn Jenner, who shares an ex-wife with David, Linda Thompson.
