Did Gwen Stefani Propose To Blake Shelton?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been hit with yet another engagement rumor. On the cover of the latest issue of Life & Style, a headline reads, “Blake & Gwen Romantic Proposal,” and in the cover photo, Gwen Stefani and her alleged fiancé are seen smiling.

Included on the magazine’s cover are other headlines, including, “Surprise: She popped the question,” “Their secret celebration,” and “Blake wins over her kids.”

According to the magazine’s report, via Gossip Cop, Gwen Stefani “surprised her boyfriend with a lavish private dinner and a marriage proposal.”

Gwen Stefani and Shelton, who have been dating since November 2015, had been enjoying a barbecue dinner when, as the source explained, “The pop star asked her beau of less than a year to marry her.”

“He was in shock,” the insider revealed, adding that he quickly said, “Yes.”

Blake Shelton is “so glad she surprised him,” the insider added.

As for why the couple hadn’t yet revealed their alleged news, the source claimed Gwen Stefani wanted her divorce from Gavin Rossdale to be finalized before she and Shelton went public with their engagement.

Although the thought of a Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton engagement may be exciting to many fans, it doesn’t appear to have happened — at least not yet. As Gossip Cop explained, they got in touch with Gwen Stefani’s rep, who confirmed the proposal story was “untrue.”

In addition to numerous rumors regarding Gwen Stefani and Shelton’s possible wedding, there have also been claims about the couple’s plans for a pregnancy. Although Gwen Stefani is already mom to three boys from her marriage to Rossdale, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 9, and Apollo, 2, Shelton has no children of his own.

As for Gwen Stefani and Shelton’s possible plans to start a family, a Hollywood Life source claimed, “They are not trying to have a baby, but if an accident happens they wouldn’t consider it an accident.”

“[Gwen Stefani and Shelton] would embrace it and love it if it happened. The thing is, they are having a lot of fun together and as much as a child would be amazing, they are not actively trying for it,” the source explained. “They are taking things day by day and enjoying the honeymoon phase that they are still in.”

Gwen Stefani and Shelton have done a lot of traveling since the start of their relationship last year, and earlier this month, a People Magazine report, via Hollywood Life, revealed the couple has met each other’s parents, which took their romance to the next level.

Prior to her romance with Shelton, Gwen Stefani went through what was reported as a messy and heartbreaking split from her ex-husband, who was accused of cheating on her for three years with their former nanny, Mindy Mann. In November 2015, Us Weekly shared news of Rossdale’s alleged betrayal, claiming one of Gwen Stefani’s other employees discovered the affair and immediately informed her of messages found on the family’s iPad. In the messages, Rossdale allegedly planned to meet Mann for sex but claimed he was only flirting when Gwen Stefani confronted him.
