Justin Bieber and Big Sean were at odds just one year ago due to Bieber putting the moves on his then-girlfriend, Ariana Grande, during a performance. Now, the two men appear to be friendly.
On March 28, 2015, Justin Bieber joined Grande on stage during a concert in Miami, Florida, but rather than stick to singing songs, Bieber engaged in quite a PDA-filled performance, which quickly caught the attention of rapper Big Sean. In addition to Grande appearing to be uncomfortable as Justin Bieber wrapped his arms around her from behind, Big Sean offered a statement to fans on Twitter.
“This kid is about to learn not to touch my girl like that. Beliebe that,” Big Sean wrote before quickly deleting his post from social media.
While things between Justin Bieber and Big Sean were believed to have been strained for months after the incident, Big Sean has since split from Grande. After he did, Justin Bieber made yet another move on the singer.
In January of this year, Justin Bieber took to Instagram, where he commented on a video shared by Grande, telling the singer she looked great. A short time later, Grande surfaced on Twitter, telling fans, “Not today, Satan!” She also told her followers she would be staying focused on her drama-free life, but didn’t mention Justin Bieber by name.
“lol no… not today satan!!!! Gtg finish this music & live my cute, drama free life!!” Grande wrote to fans.
Although Justin Bieber may have a thing for Grande, she doesn’t appear to have any interest at all and is currently dating someone new. As for Justin Bieber and Big Sean, the 22-year-old singer recently took the initiative and attempted to apologize to Big Sean for their past issues.

“[Justin Bieber] tried to apologize for groping Ariana,” a source told Hollywood Life on March 23, “but before he could even finish his sentence Sean cut him off and said ‘don’t even worry about it, bro.’ They hugged it out and it’s all behind them. [It’s] the oldest code in the players handbook. Sean isn’t with Ariana anymore and he’s not tripping off that ancient beef. There’s money and music to be made and to both [Justin Bieber] and Sean, that means more than a girl.”
Justin Bieber recently welcomed Big Sean to the stage during one of his concerts, and as his Purpose Tour continues, he will welcome numerous celebrity guests. However, when it comes to a possible on-stage reunion between himself and Grande, a source claims there’s simply no way that will happen.
“Justin had the most amazing time performing with Big Sean and will without a doubt invite him back on stage during his Purpose tour. Justin will continue to surprise fans at his concerts with specials guests. However, Ariana Grande won’t be one of them,” a second source told Hollywood Life.

While Justin Bieber’s decision may be due to his awkward encounters with Grande in the last year, he may also be snubbing her because she is no longer working with his manager, Scooter Braun, as she had been just months ago.
At the time that Grande and Braun parted ways, Radar Online shared a report, claiming Grande may have chosen to terminate her contract with Braun due to Justin Bieber’s aggressive behavior.
“I can confirm she’s no longer working with Scooter Braun. She terminated the agreement,” an insider revealed to the outlet last month. “I don’t want to get into the details, but she terminated the agreement. She does continue to be managed by Untitled.”
Justin Bieber has not commented on the rumor regarding the end of Grande’s professional relationship with Braun.
