Previously Deported Illegal Immigrants Now Charged With Brutal Rape Of Woman And Beating Of Her Boyfriend

Four previously deported illegal immigrants are now facing charges for the brutal rape of a woman and the brutal beating of her boyfriend. The alleged suspects, identified as Elmer Diaz, 19; his older brothers, Ariel Diaz, 24 and Adan Diaz, 32; and their friend, Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27, were all arraigned in Framingham District Court on Monday, Mar. 21, following a horrific incident that occurred the previous night.

The illegal immigrants, who reportedly came back to the United States after deportation, allegedly dragged the woman off a street. It has been reported that the four illegal immigrants approached the couple on the street and offered her boyfriend a beer.

Then, one of them allegedly pulled out a condom and said something to the other three before grabbing the woman. Her boyfriend attempted to save her, but to no avail. He was allegedly brutally beaten by the illegal immigrants and she was taken to an apartment where the attempted rape occurred, according to the Framingham Wicked Local.

Once inside the apartment, the illegal immigrants reportedly moved a large piece of furniture toward the bedroom door to prohibit the woman from leaving, but that didn’t stop her boyfriend from fighting back. “They brought her into the building on the corner into the apartment,” police said. “They pulled a dresser or table across the door of the room so she could not leave … (They) were trying to climb on her while the others were groping her.”

Her boyfriend forced his way inside the apartment, and the two larger attempted to block him as he tried to enter the bedroom. He was allegedly head-butted several times by Ariel who then grabbed a chef’s knife to slash him, but he managed to hit him with a beer bottle. He was able to force his way into the bedroom and help his girlfriend escape. “After we got out, we got down to the street and she was screaming, ‘Police! Police!’ and I was like, ‘Don’t stop, just keep running,'” he said.

During an interview with the Boston Herald, her boyfriend recounted the series of events that took place. “I thought we were going to die. I really did,” he told the Herald. “And I didn’t care if I died as long as I could save her and get her out of there, that’s all I cared about. I’ve lived (in Framingham, Massachusetts) my whole life and I never imagined anything like this could happen just walking down the street,” he added. “The worst part was I felt like I couldn’t do anything.”

All four of the illegal immigrants face numerous charges for their role in the alleged rape and assault of the couple. Elmer Diaz has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, and threatening to commit a crime. Ariel, convicted and deported on previous charges for drunken driving and disorderly conduct, now faces charges for unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery, kidnapping, and witness intimidation. Adan and Marlon have both been charged with indecent assault and battery and kidnapping. All four suspects are reportedly Guatemalan natives.

In the wake of this woman’s rape, Immigration and ?Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesman Shawn Neudauer has released a statement addressing the incident since the illegal immigrants had previously been deported. Neudauer insists ICE is “closely monitoring the cases and has placed detainers on all four,” the investigation will be ongoing. It is unclear whether the four illegal immigrants will be deported again anytime soon.
