Texas Teacher Arrested: Jared Anderson Hosted ‘Sex Parties’ For Teen Boys At His Home, Police Claim
Texas teacher Jared Anderson has been arrested for allegedly hosting sex parties for teen boys inside his home. Anderson, 28, teaches English at Judson High School in San Antonio.
Jared Anderson is also a leader at a local church. Late last week, the Texas teacher was charged with engaging in “lewd conduct” with underage boys, Fox News reports.
San Antonio police investigators maintain Jared Anderson coerced teen boys to engage in sex acts with both him and each other. According to statements made to local reporters, the Texas teacher hosted as least one sex party at his home on February 12. Teenage boys between the ages of 15 and 17 attended the party, detectives attached to the case stated in police reports.
A sign on the door of the home belonging to the Texas teacher the night of the sex party allegedly read, “The last one to strip naked loses.” Jared Anderson is also accused of exchanging “lewd texts” with a 17-year-old boy, Buzzfeed reports.
During the “bros night,” Anderson allegedly told the teenage boys to strip naked and play the games he had crafted with one another while he walked around the room with an erection. The Texas high school teacher has also been accused of challenging the teen boys to see who could be the “most obscene.” The game involved Jared Anderson and the boy sending photos of their genitals to each other, police officers stated in the case report.
San Antonio police investigators have not yet revealed if any of the boys who allegedly attended sex parties at their teacher’s home were his students. Parents of some of the boys who claim to have attended the parties shared texts messages between their son and the teacher. Police reports indicate that Anderson confessed to the crimes levied against him after seven of the alleged victims shared details about the sex party with police.
The number of teenage victims in the case might include more than the approximately 10 boys who stated they went to the teacher’s home for sex parties, according to police officials.
“This all stems from a report that came in a few days ago where two victims presented themselves over at one of the substations and reported that this individual had hosted them for some parties at his house,” San Antonio Police Sergeant Jesse Salame stated during an interview with the San Antonio Express-News.
Jared Anderson was arrested on one count of indecency with a child and two counts of engaging in a sexual performance with a child. The Texas teacher is currently being held at a San Antonio-area jail on a $150,000 bond.
Anderson just began teaching at Judson High School a little more than two years ago. School district officials reportedly plan to place the teacher on administrative leave. It is not currently known if the leave will be paid or unpaid. The church where the teacher attended and performed a leadership role has also reportedly banned him from attending services.
“Judson ISD is obviously very concerned about these charges and will fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation by SAPD, but will let the legal process take its course,” a statement from the Texas school district read.
The release went on to state that the public school reviews the background of every potential employee for prior misdemeanor or felony charges on their record.
