Josh Duggar Makes Money Off Sex Rehab Experience, Returns To ‘Jill and Jessa: Counting On’ With Wife Anna Duggar

19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar is allegedly gearing up for a public speaking tour, eager to charge those who want to hear his stories post-sex rehab. A new report claimed that while Anna Duggar’s husband is not part of TLC’s Jill and Jessa: Counting On, he wanted to remain in the limelight. And what better way to make a grand comeback by doing his own tour?

According to Life & Style magazine, via Hollywood Life, Josh thinks that he could make tons of money by talking about what happened after the scandal. Now that he is out of rehab, everyone wanted to know how his life has changed, how his marriage with wife Anna Duggar was affected by his leaked Ashley Madison profile, and overall how his family has reacted throughout the entire ordeal.

While it has been previously reported that Josh Duggar is going to help with the family business for a while, insiders close to the Duggar family said that he wanted to make money on his own. It was said that he was still ashamed of his addiction and wanted to prove to his 19 Kids and Counting fans that he is still the same person.

“He has to make money and this could be very lucrative for him. It’s likely Josh will travel the world to talk at Christian fundamentalist events this year.”

The publication, however, suspected that Josh Duggar actually had a hidden agenda for going on the public-speaking tour. Although the TLC network made it clear that he is not going to be part of Jill and Jessa: Counting On, they insisted that the tour will eventually pave the way for him to return to reality television.

“Everyone is certain Josh will be making an appearance on Counting On, he’ll bring the show even more viewers.”

When Jill and Jessa: Counting On premiered last Tuesday, March 15, fans were eager to find out how TLC and the Duggar family will address Josh’s rehab situation. As the episode was filmed months ago, during Thanksgiving, Josh Duggar is still under the Christian rehab treatment program.

Wife Anna Duggar revealed that she just came back from visiting Josh from rehab for the first time. The mother of four shared that Josh is extremely thankful for having a family who is willing to stand with him through it all. Anna added that Josh is grateful for their sympathy, love, and forgiveness.

The Duggar family has shown support for Josh throughout the entire scandal. In a statement, they held that they have forgiven Josh for everything that he has done. Since he came out of rehab, Josh Duggar is reportedly focused on “rebuilding relationships with his family.”

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Josh Duggar’s sex scandal, however, has clearly destroyed the Duggar Family. Although some of Anna’s friends were pushing her to get a divorce from Josh, that is clearly not an option.

In the premiere episode of Jill and Jessa: Counting On, Anna Duggar seemed like she is determined to be with Josh Duggar in spite of it all. Although she has yet to completely forgive Josh, she believed that she will be able to accept and love him wholeheartedly again through God’s grace.

“The visit was great because it definitely gives a lot of hope, but also the weight of everything is there and so it definitely drives me deeper to my faith.”

A source from OK! Magazine further insisted that the Duggar family were still upset that 19 Kids and Counting got canceled. Even though the Jill and Jessa spinoff proved to be quite a hit, they could not help but blame Josh Duggar for “destroying their meal ticket.”

“The entire Duggar family is doing everything they can to put this mess behind them but it’s going to take a very long time.”
