A previously unreleased photo of Miley Cyrus showing the popular teen singer sporting a massive tattoo down her back inside a bathtub has appeared online today. Miley Cyrus is topless, yet covers her female attributes somewhat coyly with her folded arms, Too Fab reports.

The Miley Cyrus bathtub picture was allegedly taken at a photo shoot during her Gypsy Heart Tour last year. Some websites posting the sexy Miley Cyrus photo note the image was taken for her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

Miley Cyrus’ large tattoo encompasses almost her entire ribcage and depicts a dream catcher. In the steamy photo Miley Cyrus posed in a manner similar to the cover of  an issue of Vanity Fair featuring the actress/singer. The photo was reportedly taken by celebrated photographer Vijat Mohindra. Too Fab reports Miley Cyrus also has 13 other ink art images on her body.

Perez Hilton claims Liam Hemsworth is “clashing” with fiance Miley Cyrus while she’s visiting the set of his new movie, “Paranoia.” As source reportedly close to Liam Hemsworth told Perez Hilton that Miley is driving Liam “crazy at the moment.” Miley Cyrus is allegedly “gallivanting” around Philadelphia getting her nails done and shopping because she “just can’t sit still” and then “chews” Liam Hemsworth’s “ear off” telling him all about her day while he is tired after a long day of filming.

“Miley wants to go to the local gay bars and hit up fancy restaurants, which Liam just isn’t in the mood for. And it doesn’t help that Miley brought along their bulldog, Ziggy for the trip. Liam can’t get a good night’s sleep with Ziggy snoring next to him,” according to the Perez Hilton source. Miley Cyrus, 19, is reportedly close friends with jet-set photographer Vijat Mohindra and claims the topless photo was never intended for public release.
