Woman Vanishes On Live TV, Internet Freaks Out After Woman Mysteriously Disappears During TV Interview
A woman in the background of an interview on live television disappeared in front of the audience’s very eyes and now the internet has gone wild with speculation.
Sports Center on Danish TV was filming an interview with a woman’s handball coach at an airport; in the background the mysterious disappearing woman, can be seen chatting with another traveler before suddenly vanishing.
Viewers couldn’t believe their eyes.
“Okay that’s the creepiest thing I’ve seen in a while. Almost hope it’s fake.”
The video of the disappearing woman was released on Imgur and immediately went viral with some 3.5 million views in 24 hours, along with 152 crazy comments from amazed viewers who have theories of their own.

In the video, viewers can clearly see a blond woman, later identified as a handball player, standing behind and to the left of the male sports star being interviewed; she’s talking over her shoulder to another traveller pushing an airport luggage cart.
As the second traveller walks past her and away, she walks in front of the blond woman obscuring her from our view for a few tiny, but very important milliseconds.
During that time the blond woman seems to disappear from view entirely, and although the story went viral, the internet can’t figure out where she went, but it does have lots of theories, reports the Daily Mail.
“Likely didn’t want to be on TV and asked to be edited out?”
“SPACE ALIENS.”
While some viewers claim the video is proof of extraterrestrial life, reptilian shape shifting aliens or time travel, others think there’s a more down to earth explanation, according to The Sun.
“So? Everything disappears in baggage claim.”
Some slightly more sleuthy viewers spent hours watching the video replay over and over until they came up with some slightly more scientific answers, reports the Daily Mail.
“Watch for the reflection in the silver trash can…I thinks it’s a trash can. Also, you can see the ‘disappearing’ woman’s left heel.
“That is actually a mirror. Woman who ‘disappears’ is actually behind this guy who is talking. Woman who passes by is not ‘hiding’ woman who disappears, but hiding her reflection.

The highly-popular video of the disappearing woman comes after a brain teasing photograph of young girls being reflected in a mirror sent the internet into a tailspin.
The photograph, by Tiziana Vergari, challenged her Instagram followers to decide how many girls were actually pictured in the photograph; their answers ranged from two to 13.
These baffling brain teasers are much like the viral phenomenon of the color changing dress that tried to break the internet last year.

That phenomenon began when Tumblr user Caitlin McNeil posted a photo asking her loyal followers to help her figure out what color her dress really was.
The photo was picked up by BuzzFeed and went viral while we all struggled to figure out whether the dress was black and blue or white and gold. Later, we learned about the scientific phenomenon of human color perception that made the whole viral dress thing possible.
The original Tumblr post has since been taken down, but Buzzfeed bought a license for the photo so it can live in infamy for all time.
At least these internet sensations give us something to procrastinate about at work.
