Kourtney Kardashian’s Abs Are Khloe’s ‘Motivation’


Kourtney Kardashian is Khloe Kardashian’s inspiration to stay fit and healthy, and she surely misses her workout buddy. At least, that’s what her latest Instagram post says. The photo shows the sisters in the gym in amazing workout gear. Khloe is showing off her famous figure, while Kourtney makes sure that her strong abs are in focus. The two look into the mirror as Kourtney Kardashian takes a picture.

Kim had shared a gym selfie of her sister and herself earlier where the two were showing off their hard-earned abs. Khloe captioned the picture as: “Can you believe my sisters abs?!?!?? I mean…… Ok @kourtneykardash I see you boo!!!! I miss my workout buddy!!! You’re my motivation!” It’s pretty clear that Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are workout freaks and they like to keep themselves in top shape.

The Mirror had reported that Kourtney has been working hard on her “revenge” body after her split from Scott Disick. She went on to say that she works so hard that she almost vomits. But don’t get any ideas, because the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star just loves it.

Kourtney Kardashian wasn’t always the svelte lady she is now. After her third child, she definitely took account of the situation. Kourtney is five feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. She even went on to say that she had only “14 stubborn pounds to go,” Eat This had reported.

In an interview with E!, she said she works out anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. She goes on to say that planking is her favorite exercise, and that her trainer has modified the plank for her. “The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist. [We also do] the trunk twist along with a back row using the bands.” Wow! She says she also uses resist-a-bands a lot. They are bands for toning without causing injury.

She works out with her personal trainer, Don, and it’s clear that after her breakup with Scott Disick, she wants that revenge body more than ever before. The Mirror reported that Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick, had been begging her for another baby. It doesn’t look like Kourtney Kardashian is ready to give up that revenge body just as yet. The conversations are allegedly happening during Scott’s drunken calls.

However, it seems like Kourtney’s got Scott’s drunken behavior on her mind and not a child. The sources have said that Kourtney is pretty fed up of what Scott makes her go through. A source told Radar Online that “It’s completely twisted and sick and it’s torturing Kourtney no end, but he can’t help himself. He’s a total mess.” It’s sure to annoy Kourtney Kardashian even more because Scott just can’t remember the calls he makes just the next day.

However, an insider had said that Kourtney wants him back, but the only reason she is resisting is because of the Kids. An insider goes on to say that “She wants him back, but she knows she has to resist for the sake of the kids.” It looks like for now Kourtney Kardashian would just like to be alone.
