Kristen Stewart’s New Girlfriend: Who Is Stephanie ‘SoKo’ Sokolinski?

Kristen Stewart has been making headlines since she’s been spotted with her rumored girlfriend Soko in the City of Lights. This shocking news still won’t stop Twihards from thinking that Kristen is secretly married to her ex Robert Pattinson and having his baby.

In the new photos published on several media sites, Kristen Stewart and Stéphanie Soko are seen holding hands and kissing in Paris, France. It looks like like they’re pretty serious about each other already. The new pair really packed on the PDA when they were photographed walking around on Tuesday, March 15. Stewart wore a black leather motorcycle jacket over a gray T-shirt, black skinny jeans, and black Vans shoes.

Meanwhile, her entertainer girlfriend wore a head-to-toe plaid outfit with a white ruffled blouse, white socks, and black brogues. Soko is typically known by her stage name, but her full name is Stephanie Sokolinski. When she was just 16-years-old, she decided to quit school so she could pursue her dreams of being an actress and singer. According to her Facebook page, Soko describes herself as a “white goth,” straight edge vegan.

Just the day before, Kristen and Soko were seen holding hands in Paris. This time around, both parties were wearing similar black leather jackets. Neither the 25-year-old actress nor the 30-year-old singer have publicly confirmed their relationship, although they have been spending a lot of time together. Earlier this month, the two were spotted with their arms around each other as they left a vegan restaurant.

While Soko has been open about being a lesbian, Stewart revealed to Nylon magazine last year that she does not define her sexuality.

“I think in three or four years there are going to be a whole lot more people who don’t think it’s necessary to figure out if you’re gay or straight. It’s like, just do your job. If you feel like you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it. But I am an actress, man. I live the f*****g ambiguity of this life and I love it. I don’t feel like it would be true for me to be like, ‘I’m coming out!’ No, I do a job.”

Kristen previously dated Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson from 2008 to 2014 until that infamous time she cheated on the actor with her married director Rupert Sanders. Last year, she was linked to assistant and friend Alicia Cargile, although neither confirmed their rumored relationship.

So how does Robert Pattinson feel about Kristen Stewart and Soko? Since the actor has moved onto a happy and fulfilling relationship with FKA Twigs, an insider revealed that he’s pleased with Stewart’s new relationship.

“Rob is very happy for Kristen and only hopes for the best in all her relationships and career goals. He doesn’t have any ill will towards her, they did their time together and is happy knowing she is happy.”

According to the Hollywood Life, Stewart accidentally outed her relationship when the French singer picked her up at the Paris area airport with a big bouquet of flowers. While the relationship appears to be new, Soko has been taking to social media to show how she feels. The singer posted a Snapchat grab of her sad face to her Instagram that read, “I miss her,” along with a broken heart emoji. The caption read, “When you go see The Libertines, and it’s her faves, and she’s not here…”

Interestingly enough, Soko tweeted back in 2014 that she would never date another lesbian again, even though Kristen hasn’t been open about her own sexuality.
