Jada Pinkett Smith, wife of Hollywood super star Will Smith, has a message for all the ladies out there that are reaching their 40th birthday.  You can still be over 40 and really hot!

As she nears her 41st birthday, Jada Pinkett Smith took to her Twitter account to publish a really gorgeous photo of herself in a bikini (see below) to show off her body and let everyone know that she is healthy and looking great.

She published a message to all the ladies with the pic saying,

“To my Forty and over crew! Don’t believe the hype… we DO get better with age!”

Jada doesn’t maintain her body in a vacuum though.  The actress still maintains a super healthy diet and goes to the gym five days a week in addition to boxing, gymnastics, yoga and martial arts.

She also admitted to Essence Magazine that she doesn’t enjoy eating and only does it for nourishment.

She says,

“I don’t eat for pleasure. I had the only West Indian grandmother that could not cook. She was an awful cook, and she taught me that you don’t eat for taste, you eat for nourishment and I have kept that over the years, so I can eat anything that’s healthy. I eat for my schedule so I have to eat high-protein, lots of greens and healthy carbs so that I don’t fall flat on my face.”

Jada says she does allow herself to indulge in some pizza or french fries every now and then but it is an extreme rarity.
