Khloe Kardashian Posts Hot Instagram Picture In Bathrobe

Khloe Kardashian certainly knows how to raise the temperature with both her looks and her talk. Her new shocker is this Instagram picture of her in her bathrobe which shows a flash of her thighs. However, it seems like the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wasn’t intending to look hot. Instead what she was showing off was a detox tea that she swears by. The caption to the picture says it all.

It’s no secret that Khloe works really hard to maintain her figure. And it all comes down to exercising and eating well. Her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, said she is totally “killing it” in the gym and added that there are no shortcuts, E! has reported.

Her trainer says she is very disciplined and frequents the gym as much as five times a week, even with a tight schedule like hers. She is definitely killing it! And as for the food? Her trainer says Khloe is very disciplined with her diet as well, and he asks her to consume plenty of vegetables, fruits, and loads of water. However, he is definitely not in favor of sugars.

“Try to eat food in its closest to natural state as possible. If you eat sugar, eat it early in the day. Sugar is like white death!”

If there is anyone one can ask for tips, it’s the trainer to the Kardashians. Peterson even recommends eating well in advance if you are afraid you’ll end up eating too much of those finger foods.

“Eat defensively. If you are going to an event, eat beforehand, so you can combat the finger foods and avoid temptation.”

Hollywood Life has revealed that the reality star has lost a staggering 35 pounds. He even goes on to reveal how dedicated Khloe is to her workout regime. He says she never cancels on him. Her trainer says Khloe really enjoys working out.

“She’s in love with fitness. Khloe never skips a workout,” he says. “She never cancels. It can be a night where she’s short on sleep. It can be a day where she has an engagement for that day. She may have something at 8 — then we’re going at 6.”

He says he believes in bringing as much variety to the workout as possible.

“Some days it’s more heart-rate intensive, some days it’s more lower-extremities intensive, some days the upper extremities get a little extra love,” Peterson adds.

Khloe says she did not want to go on because she was sore from working out. She says she, in fact, felt fatter. However, she said she felt really excited once she started seeing the results.

“The first 45 days you’re like, ‘F**k this sh*t.’ You’re exhausted, you’re sore, and I actually felt fatter because I was swollen. If you keep going, you’re eventually like, ‘Wow, is that an indentation on my arm? Yeah, it’s a revenge body. But it’s just as much for all my critics who called me ‘the fat one’ for my entire existence,” she says. It does look like Khloe was definitely impacted by people who called her names. But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has truly overcome her inferiority complex and worked really hard on her body, the results of which are there for all to see.

She tells Hollywood Life that there have been times she wakes up at 4:45 in the morning just to hit the gym. She says she likes to get it done in the morning because if not in the morning, she wouldn’t do it in the evening.

Khloe Kardashian definitely looks great lately. Fans hope that she keeps up the hard work.
