Robert Pattinson has been completely silent in the media fallout over girlfriend Kristen Stewart’s infidelity with Snow White director Rupert Sanders. According to reports, Pattinson is now ready to talk, but he’ll only talk to the man who whisked KStew away from him. Sanders himself.
Though Pattinson is taciturn, he is heartbroken over Stewart’s affair, and his actions have spoken volumes. He moved out of his shared home with Stewart a few days after the allegations came out, and his next move seems to be a search for clarity from the man who broke his relationship up in the first place: Rupert Sanders. RadarOnline reports that Pattinson wants to sit down with Sanders for a “man to man” talk, and to get his side of the story.
“Rob wants to have a man to man chat with Rupert to find out exactly what happened between him and Kristen,” a source close to the Twilight star said. “Kristen has already betrayed his trust by cheating, so he can’t be sure that she will tell him exactly what went on between her and Rupert. Rupert has a wife and a family to save, so Rob feels like he has nothing left to lose and would be honest with him.”
Pattinson was obviously blind-sighted by the affair, but reportedly needs to get the story from Sanders. He’s not ready to talk to Stewart, and Sanders, with a family on the line, has nothing to lose by telling Pattinson the truth.
“He was hurt and heartbroken, then angry and pissed off, and now he just wants answers. He feels like he needs to know exactly what happened, how far it went and how many times, so he can figure out if this is something he can move past,” said the source. “He’s not ready to talk with Kristen, it’s too painful, so he’s going to Rupert.”
Though Stewart called the affair a “momentary indiscretion,” photos and various reports seem to indicate that the affair was at least emotional in nature (if not sexual) and longer-lived than Stewart and Sanders have suggested. Pattinson is just on a search for truth, and he thinks he’ll find it with the Snow White director.
“Rob just doesn’t know who or what to believe right now,” the source said. “And he’ll do whatever it takes to find out the truth.”

I understand Robert is very hurt. He needs to talk to Kristen and find out why. I've been through things like that a few times and when you truly love some one give them a second chance. The man passed away and it broke my heart to see him suffer they way he did. We all make mistakes. I wish Robert and Kristen the best.

ive come to respect Robert Pattinson on how he has dealt with the situation. He wants answer and he deserves them. The I'm only human excuse is a lame one, you are an adult you know right from wrong, but that still doesn't mean we should judge its up to Robert Pattinson to make a decision. If I was his girlfriend I would try to explain what it was and why even if he doesn't believe me, because the director to save his hide might paint a picture that would leave her looking like the bad one so he can save is own a$$. That's the way of the dog, both were wrong, but in the end it comes down to who tells the most convincing story.
