WWE Rumors: Updated Card For ‘WrestleMania 32’ And Rumored Matches — Four Confirmed, Ladder Match Participants

WrestleMania 32 is on the way, but there is a bit of a Roadblock in the way, which will get moved aside after Saturday night. For now, though, there are just four matches confirmed for the biggest pay-per-view of the year, but many more are rumored. Some big happenings on last night’s Monday Night Raw have paved the way for what’s to come, including the WWE Tag Titles, a huge ladder match, and AJ Styles vs. Chris Jericho IV.

One thing in place is the main event, which will pit Triple H against Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Title. Reigns hasn’t been seen in a couple of weeks to sell the beating he got from Triple H, but that match is still expected to happen as scheduled.

There has been a rumor going around that Dean Ambrose could win the WWE Title from Trips at Roadblock on Saturday if it is determined that Reigns hasn’t healed enough from surgery. After the ending of Raw last night, though, and Ambrose standing tall, that appears to not be what the case will be.

If Ambrose were to win the WWE Title on Saturday, then his No Holds Barred Street Fight at WrestleMania 32 would be a championship bout. That means Brock Lesnar would have a shot at the title, but even if that doesn’t happen, it will still be a brutal and great match.

Another match set and in place is The Undertaker facing off with Shane McMahon inside the unfriendly confines of Hell in a Cell. Even though there have been rumors of Shane-O-Mac hiring a mercenary to fight his match, that doesn’t look to be happening.

These two will battle it out inside the cage, and there will likely be at least one huge spot that isn’t to be believed.

The fourth and final match that is currently confirmed is the triple threat for the Divas Championship. Charlotte is the current title-holder and will put her belt on the line against Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch in what is surely going to be an amazing match that will revitalize the women’s division.

Now, a WWE Tag Team Title match was being set up, but those plans appear to have changed.

As reported by the Inquisitr, a heel turn by Chris Jericho was expected to happen on Raw, and he was going to turn on his new tag team partner, AJ Styles. Well, it happened, and WWE.com is now wondering what will come from this betrayal and how it will affect things moving forward.

In the past month, these two have had three great matches, and it appeared as if their feud had come to an end. Now, it looks like a fourth match will likely happen at WrestleMania 32, and it could have a stipulation added to it.

A couple of weeks ago, a multi-man ladder match for the Intercontinental Title was rumored to be taking place, and it still appears it will. Well, that may happen.

Last night on Monday Night Raw, Kevin Owens defeated Neville in a great match and attacked the high-flyer afterward. WWE.com recapped that the save was made by Sami Zayn, who seems to have finally made it onto the WWE main roster full-time.

WWE could take Kevin Owens and go in one of two ways with him. They could have him in a multi-man ladder match to defend his IC Title, or he could put it on the line against Sami Zayn in a singles match that continues their NXT feud.

If it’s the multi-man ladder match, some of the participants could be:

  • Kevin Owens
  • Sami Zayn
  • Neville
  • The Miz
  • Dolph Ziggler

The United States Title is expected to be on the line at WrestleMania 32 as well, and it looks like Kalisto could also have multiple opponents. WrestleZone is reporting that it could be a triple threat match that includes Alberto Del Rio and Ryback.

With Y2AJ splitting up, that leaves The New Day without a feud of any kind. They could jump into the program with The Usos and the Dudley Boyz and maybe have that rumored TLC match for the WWE Tag Team Titles finally become a reality.

Let’s not forget that the third annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal will also probably be added to the card along with a few other matches.

WrestleMania 32 is honestly shaping up to be a pretty big and great-looking card even though it’s taking forever. Four matches are confirmed and solidly in place, but more are rumored and will be added in the coming weeks.
