Kim Kardashian Divorce: Rumors Shut Down As Kanye West Praises Paparazzi

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been tied to divorce rumors for weeks, but judging by their frequent outings together, as well as Kim Kardashian’s public statement of support on her blog, a split doesn’t appear to be happening.

In addition, a source recently spoke to Gossip Cop, insisting Kim Kardashian and her husband of nearly three years are “not getting divorced,” no matter how many false reports surface.

While a recent publication claimed Kim Kardashian had “resorted to drastic measures to keep up appearances” amid “divorce rumors,” and alleged a recent kiss was “just for show,” Kim Kardashian and her husband continue to shoot down rumors, the latest of which claimed Kim Kardashian recently “met with attorneys to draw up papers” for a divorce.

In response to the shocking claim, Kim Kardashian’s rep told Gossip Cop, “They are not getting divorced.”

Kim Kardashian and West tied the knot in May, 2014, and share two children together. Their oldest child, daughter North West, was born in June, 2013, a few months before they got engaged, and their youngest child, son Saint West, arrived in December, 2015.

Kim Kardashian and West began facing rumors of a possible divorce earlier this year, after West sent out a number of questionable tweets, one of which suggested he was $53 million in debt, despite having a reported net worth of $145 million. Then, in another odd move, West, who is often known for his dislike of the paparazzi, applauded a group of photographers at LAX.

“I really appreciate you guys because you guys keep me alive,” West told X17 Online after being dropped off at LAX by wife Kim Kardashian. “You, the paparazzi, keep me alive because they keep me relevant. They can’t stop my voice. They can say what they want on the news channel, on the stations, blah blah blah, but I can just talk directly to you, it go up and my voice not get stopped.”

Also during West’s chat with X17 Online, he expressed his gratitude towards Kim Kardashian and her entire family, including her mother, Kris Jenner.

“I really appreciate my wife and her family for supporting me, especially in the past two-three weeks where people are really like, ‘Oh, he must be going crazy,'” West explained. “It’s so funny. All people got was truth, truth, truth. So if someone is considered to be crazy for telling the truth, or their truth, over and over, what are we dealing with the rest of the time? What are we being fed the rest of the time?”

Because Kim Kardashian stayed silent for the first couple of weeks of West’s rants, many took her silence as a sign that she wasn’t on board with her husband’s behavior. However, after the buzz began to die down, the reality star took to her blog, where she told fans it bothered her when people misunderstand West. Kim Kardashian also said West was simply standing up for his art and creativity.

Kim Kardashian may be standing by her man, but a number of celebrities, including Taylor Swift, Jaime King, and Ruby Rose have taken a stand against him. Earlier this year, after West released a song, claiming he was the one who made Swift famous by stealing the microphone from her during 2009’s MTV Video Music Awards, many were up in arms over his comments, which came just months after he publicly apologized to the singer.
