Teresa Giudice Divorce? ‘RHONJ’ Star Discusses Joe’s Alleged Cheating

Teresa Giudice divorce rumors have been circulating for well over a year now and with her husband, Joe Giudice, getting ready to head to prison for the next 3 plus years, the rumors aren’t going to die down any time soon. While Teresa was in prison for committing federal fraud, photos of her hubby out with other women surfaced, and cheating allegations were widespread. However, Teresa says that she knows that Joe didn’t cheat on her, and she isn’t feeding into what the media is laying down.

“I know the truth, we both know. They took pictures of him with his friends and the girls were with his friends. We both want to be with each other. If we didn’t want to be with each other, we wouldn’t be,” Teresa said recently, according to Radar Online. She maintains that she trusts her husband and that she believes that he was faithful to her while she was locked up.

Teresa Giudice has admitted that her husband Joe has a bit of a drinking problem. Perhaps this is the only reason that Teresa is looking forward to Joe’s prison time — she believes that his time locked up will be a big help when it comes to curbing his excessive drinking. Other than that, however, the two seem to be more than happily married.

“He’s here with me tonight. I’m still wearing my engagement ring,” Teresa told Radar Online at the Mount Airy Casino Resort in Pennsylvania. Just about a month ago, Teresa was spotted out with her brother, Joe Gorga, and her sister-in-law, Melissa, without Joe Giudice by her side. Radar Online reported that “news,” suggesting that there was trouble in paradise. However, it looks as though things are just fine between the two.

Teresa Giudice will be at home raising her four daughters alone over the next few years. Joe is supposed to be turning himself in to prison by the end of the month (March 23 to be exact) in order to serve his 41-month sentence. According to Mail Online, the couple has been putting on brave faces as they make various appearances to promote Teresa’s new book, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again.

Several reports indicate that Joe Giudice isn’t a U.S. citizen and that he could face a deportation trial after he serves his time behind bars.

Teresa Giudice doesn’t seem too worried about the possibility that Joe could be deported. However, this could mean additional time in court after Joe gets out of prison. Of course, this will only cause additional strain on the couple’s marriage.

“There is no way Joe is going back to Italy without a huge long legal battle. He had already begun the steps to become a citizen as the criminal case against him developed,” a source told Radar Online back in September, 2015.

If Joe and Teresa Giudice don’t divorce now, they may decide to do so in a few years. Being away from your spouse for such a long period of time can be detrimental to any relationship. Although Joe and Teresa do have a strong bond and seem determined to make things work, this prison sentence could end their marriage whether they want it to or not.

Do you think Teresa and Joe will end up making it? Do you think Joe will be deported?
