Porsha Williams’ Instagram Video Gets 5,000 Likes: Nose Fillers With Hyaluronic Acid As Non-Surgery Nose Job Injections
Porsha Williams is one of the favorite costars of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, and as such, her beauty tips are ones that are closely followed. Williams already has her own line of hair extensions, as promoted to her 2.1 million Instagram followers. Porsha’s Instagram followers were also recently treated to a video that shows a unique way of using fillers that doesn’t involve her lips or her laugh lines. As seen in the following Instagram video, Porsha received an updated nose by getting fillers injected into the bridge of her nose.
As reported by Us Weekly, Porsha reposted the Instagram video from Dr. Simon Ourian — from the company called Epione, out of Beverly Hills. The video was posted to Williams’ Instagram account on Friday, March 4, and within 19 hours, the video had received nearly 5,000 likes.
Porsha made sure to give a shoutout to Dr. Ourian and thank him for her “beautiful new nose” — which didn’t require the usual arduous process that a nose job can require. Viewers who watch shows like Botched have witnessed just how involved real surgical rhinoplasty can be, which oftentimes requires the nose to be broken as nose jobs are performed.
Williams’ dermatologist, however, uses a unique way to inject fillers at the bridge of her nose in order to make it appear more prominent. DIY make-up tutorials often advise women to place a line of highlighter or a lighter shade of foundation down the bridge of the nose to make it appear straighter and more prominent. Porsha’s “nose job” seems to be a less temporary way to perform the same cosmetic trick. Fillers are known to last from three-to-six months or longer, and Dr. Ourian’s website has plenty of before-and-after photos to offer viewers desiring similar procedures.

Although the video on Porsha’s Instagram page is only seconds long, it gives plenty of information in that short time on how the filler shots are performed. Dr. Simon can be seen injecting several shots of filler down the bridge of Porsha’s nose. Filler injections often include a mild numbing anesthetic combined with the filler that is injected into a face.
The fillers that Porsha received were hyaluronic acid, according to Dr. Simon. Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally produced by the body, but over time can wane as the face can lose fullness. However, stars like Olivia Munn have sung the praises of getting hyaluronic acid in the diet in order to maintain youth, as reported by the Inquisitr.
Meanwhile, Dr. Simon posted all the details of the procedure he performed on Porsha on his own Instagram page.
The dermatologist explained on his Instagram page that nose fillers can run nearly $5,000, based on the specific fillers used and the type of look the person wants. Results from the fillers can be seen right away, and unlike a nose job that’s surgical and requires plenty of recovery, Porsha’s fillers don’t require down time.
