Kristen Stewart Gets Cozy With Soko: Is Female Singer Kristen’s FKA Twigs?

Kristen Stewart has possibly found love with French singer Soko, a talented performer who has a few things in common with Robert Pattinson’s fiancée, FKA Twigs. However, it’s a bit too early to be talking about Kristen and her new ladylove following in Rob and FKA Twigs’ footsteps by deciding to tie the knot.

Kristen Stewart was recently spotted getting affectionate with a “mystery woman” who Perez Hilton has identified as Soko, a 30-year-old French singer and actress. The women were photographed leaving Cafe Gratitude after enjoying a lunch date, and paparazzi pictures show Soko getting touchy-feely with 25-year-old Kristen by putting her arm around the Twilight star and touching her lower back. Kristen Stewart was also photographed grabbing Soko’s shirt sleeve.

While Kristen Stewart and Soko might look like a couple, a source recently told Radar Online that they don’t consider themselves girlfriends just yet.

“Kristen is still very much single!” the insider dished.

According to Radar Online, Kristen Stewart and her last serious love, former assistant Alicia Cargile, split last October after dating for about a year. Kristen allegedly decided that she was too busy for a serious relationship, and Alicia was reportedly tired of dealing with her rumored girlfriend’s jet-setting lifestyle. Their split was amicable, but they haven’t been spotted together since calling it quits.

Before her romance with Alicia, Kristen Stewart dated Twilight costar Robert Pattinson for about four years. After Kristen cheated on Rob with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, the couple took a short break before trying to make things work. However, as People reports, they split for good in the summer of 2013. Robert Pattinson eventually moved on with singer/dancer FKA Twigs, and Us Weekly reports that they got engaged last spring after just six months of dating.

Kristen Stewart’s new love interest has quite a bit in common with Robert Pattinson’s future wife. Both ladies are multi-talented, and they both go by stage names — Soko’s real name is Stéphanie Sokolinski, and FKA Twigs was born Tahliah Debrett Barnett. Both artists also have a very unique sense of style, and they both like to direct their own music videos. They’re non-mainstream musicians who aren’t as famous as the Twilight stars they have been romantically linked to, but both of the female singers’ stars definitely seem to be on the rise.

There are also two extremely odd similarities between Kristen Stewart’s gal pal and Robert Pattinson’s — they’ve both been compared to aliens and have talked about being cats. Soko titled her debut album I Thought I Was An Alien, and FKA Twigs was labeled a “highly evolved alien” by Paper magazine. However, the “Pendulum” singer told Paper that she’s more cat than extraterrestrial.

“My mum just let me do whatever I wanted to do in terms of being creative when I was I child. If I wanted to be a cat for the weekend, I could just be a cat, and that was cool.”

Meanwhile, Soko is an extraterrestrial cat.

“I’m a white goth human alien cat,” Kristen Stewart’s new female friend told the Wild magazine.

Soko is not a professional dancer like FKA Twigs is, but she plays one in the upcoming movie The Dancer. According to Wonderland magazine, Soko stars as a dance instructor who falls for one of her students. The young performer who captures her character’s heart is played by Johnny Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp.

If Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson want lots of love in their lives, it will be difficult for them to do better than Soko and FKA Twigs — both singers have revealed that they have plenty of it to give.

“All I want is to love someone and be loved in return, like who doesn’t? That’s all I want in my life, everyday…is to have love…nonstop, always. More than anything in the world,” Soko told After Ellen.

According to Just Jared, Robert Pattinson’s future wife wrote something similar about nonstop love on her Instagram page.

“The love that is within me can never ever run out, resources can never get low. My love is in abundance and it is boundless,” FKA Twigs proclaimed.
