Kim Kardashian To Divorce Kanye West? Child Custody Battle Looming?
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are said to be at war. Following a number of explicit rants against several celebrities, including Taylor Swift and Wiz Khalifa, the rapper may be facing a divorce, and if he and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star do split, a custody battle will likely follow.
Kim Kardashian and West welcomed their first child, daughter North West, now 2, in June 2013, and in December of last year, their second child, son Saint West, arrived.

Although Kim Kardashian just gave birth to their second child months ago, her husband’s ongoing rants have taken away from the child’s first photo, which was shared at the end of last month. Although the photo was highly anticipated, it was quickly overshadowed by West’s Twitter drama in the days that followed, and at the same time, divorce rumors have plagued the superstar couple.
In addition, claimed Yahoo! News on March 1, Kim Kardashian and her husband fought heavily over which photo of Saint would be revealed. According to a Heat report, Kim Kardashian arranged four different photo shoots for the child, with West deemed as “the creative director” of the shoot.
“Kanye considered himself the ‘creative director’ of the shoot, and wanted to get the perfect shot of Saint. “He wanted him to wear designer clothes he’d had specially commissioned, but [Kim Kardashian] kept saying it was ‘stupid’ and ‘inappropriate’ and that she wanted something uncontroversial and simple, which showed the world that Saint is a gorgeous little baby.”
The insider claimed Kim Kardashian and West first called on photographer Nick Knight, who is known for his edge snapshots, but Kim wasn’t impressed, so they moved on to Mario Testino and Nick Saglimbeni before ultimately settling on a shot she took herself.
“In the end it was [Kim Kardashian] who took the picture, and she loved it. Over 1,000 photos had been taken by that stage, and she fought Kanye hard to use her one. But even then, they couldn’t agree on where the image would appear. Kanye wanted it to go in ‘a fashion mag’, but no one seemed to be interested, which infuriated him. Kim wanted to do a celebrity magazine, but Kanye refused.”

As for the potential custody battle Kim Kardashian could be facing if she and West are parting ways, as many reports have claimed, an In Touch Weekly cover, via Celebrity Dirty Laundry, claimed the fight over their children was prompted by a dispute the couple had in the wee hours of the morning one day.
On the cover of the March issue, a headline reads, “Kim Announces Divorce! Kanye Kicked Out,” and in the magazine’s pages, a report details an alleged 4 a.m. fight that ended it all, including the couple’s reported divorce papers and custody battle. The report also claimed that given West’s erratic behavior as of late he likely stands no chance at gaining custody of his children.
According to another report, Kim Kardashian has threatened to leave West and keep him from the kids if he doesn’t get his act together and apologize to those he’s hurt.
“[Kim Kardashian] has actually threatened to walk out on him and said he’ll never see his kids, her or her family again unless he gets his anger under control and apologizes to everyone who’s been hurt, including Taylor,” an insider told Radar Online on March 2. “She’s sick of cleaning up after his messes and not everyone realizes it was she who orchestrated Kanye’s dinner with Taylor last year.”
