Exhausted Dog Dragged Behind Van By Laughing Thugs

Laughing thugs who thought it was fun to drag an exhausted dog behind a van as it was driven around an industrial estate have been branded “appalling.”

Animal abuse, and in particular abuse towards dogs, has become depressingly familiar in modern times.

Time and time again we hear stories about a dog’s good nature, unquestionable trust, and fierce loyalty being exploited by bullies whose own sense of personal inadequacy and deep-rooted psychological problems find a perverse outlet through the torturing and suffering of poor defenseless animal.

What can we say about such pond life? Well the word “scum” pretty much covers everything you need to now about such cowardly sadists.

Take for example this particular case of an exhausted dog who suffered an appalling ordeal in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, in the U.K.

Yahoo! News reports that the tan colored lurcher was spotted being dragged by its lead behind a white Transit-type van, full of laughing cretins who appear to get their kicks torturing animals who can’t fight back.

A man who witnessed the horrific scenes, as the dog was dragged in circuits around the Fenton Industrial Estate at about 6.30pm, also took pictures of the incident, and said he heard howls of laughter coming from inside the van.

The man reported the incident and the RSPCA’s animal welfare officers have now launched a public appeal for information to help trace the occupants of the van.

RSPCA inspector Charlotte Melvin believes the poor dog’s feet would be in a painful mess in the wake of such an awful ordeal.

“The caller told us he had seen the van circling the industrial estate three times with a dog being dragged behind, and that the people inside the vehicle were laughing.

“These roads are tarmac surfaces and I’d imagine the dog’s feet would have been a painful mess after this awful ordeal.

“The back doors of the van were open and someone was sat in the back with the dog on a lead running behind. The dog looked exhausted.”

RSPCA inspector Charlotte Melvin added that anyone with information in regard to the “appalling” incident should ring the RSPCA appeal line.

“I’d appeal to anyone who lives or works nearby to keep their eyes peeled and, if they see a similar incident, or if they know who may have been responsible, to call the RSPCA appeal line on 0300 123 8018.

“This is an appalling incident and I’d be interested to hear from anyone who might recognise the dog, the people or the van.”

If the above story wasn’t proof enough that man’s inhumanity towards dogs really does appear to know no bounds, an ITV report has revealed that attacks on guide dogs are on the increase.

Guide dogs have long exemplified the selfless nature and deeply empathetic qualities of the canine spirit. From birth these special animals undergo intensive training solely in the name of improving the quality of lives of those they will later assist and form a deep and unbreakable bond with.

Yet for the cowardly vermin and vacuous half-wits of this world, guide dogs are an easy target to attack, and whose suffering and terror no doubt makes them feel like real hard cases.

The report states that between 2010 and 2015 there were more than 629 attacks on guide dogs in the UK.

As a result of the brutality of the attacks more than 20 dogs were withdrawn from the guide dogs program.

As two-legged socially inept inbreds are allowed to roam the land, unchallenged, uncontrolled, and free to carry on their campaign of abuse. Dogs who have done nothing wrong, except have an owner who got into trouble with the police, are locked away in a tiny cell for two years with out exercise, and it’s all done with the full backing of the law, as the following Inquisitr report shows.

The world truly is barking bad, and not in a funny way.
