Britney Spears’ Photo Shoot Gets Racier As She Wears Nothing But A Towel
Just days after her super-hot photo shoot for V Magazine dropped, Britney Spears strips down to just her towel for celebrity photographer Mario Testino.
The pop star is back with a vengeance. Britney Spears is gracing the cover of V Magazine’s 100th issue. Spears is seen wearing black lace lingerie, leather pants, and matching sheer stockings in the racy new shoot. Now Spears is swapping her sexy clothes for bath towels for Testino’s “Towel Series,” according to E! Online. Testino is debuting the scantily clad shoot in V Magazine’s Spring 2016 issue, in which Spears graces the cover three times.

This time around, the 34-year-old is seen looking over her shoulder as she wears a towel on her head and wrapped around her naked body. Mario Testino revealed the steamy photo on his Instagram page on Wednesday, March 2. He captioned the photo, “Towel series 104, Britney Spears.”
Britney is not the only one featured in this black-and-white photo shoot. She joins a long list of celebrities including Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner, Keira Knightley, Justin Bieber, and Selena Gomez.
The reason why Spears has been steaming up the pages of V Magazine is because she has a new album coming out. According to an article published on The Vine, Spears’ new album could come out later this year. She told the magazine that she’s been working on it for a “long time” and it’s the best thing she’s ever done.
“I’m proud of the work, and it’s very different; it’s not what you would think at all. But I’m not rushing anything. I just want it to be done right, so that my fans will truly appreciate it. I would much rather have it be completely how I want it to be, whether that takes another year for me to do, or two months. I have no idea at this point.
“Honestly, I’m just particular with this record. It’s my baby, and so I really want it done right. I just know the direction I’m going in is so good. It’s the best thing I’ve done in a long time.”
Meanwhile, Britney’s manager Larry Rudolph compared her new music to the popular R&B singer The Weeknd. Could fans expect another In The Zone?
“It’s different, it’s a turn. The last few albums have been pretty straightforward pop. This is almost like if you can imagine Britney meets The Weeknd. It’s got a really interesting vibe, it’s a lot of really cool stuff.”
The entertainer is currently performing at her long-running Piece of Me residency at The AXIS at the Planet Hollywood resort and Casino. Speaking of which, Spears has added 24 new dates to the successful show. She took to Instagram to announce the additional dates through September. Her new dates will run from June 17-29, July 1-13, Aug. 17-31, and Sept. 2-10, according to the Las Vegas Sun. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, March 4, at 10 a.m. General ticket prices range from $59 to $229, plus service fees, and may be purchased online or in person directly from the AXIS box office.
Back in February, Britney revived her show by adding sexier costumes, new choreographer, and a different set list. Piece of Me includes fan favorites such as “I love Rock ‘N Roll,” “Breathe On Me,” “Touch of My Hand,” and “If U Seek Amy.”
Spears has also been teasing her sexier new show on her Instagram page. She’s been posting a series of clips that feature her dancing in a black bikini and fake tattoos. Spears is a lot more comfortable in her skin these days – and it shows. Hopefully, her new music will reflect this new side of her.
