Nicole Kidman Is ‘Done With Babies’

Although Nicole Kidman would love another little one, she has shared that it’s just not in the cards. The 48-year-old is already a mother to four beautiful children, including Isabella Jane and Connor Anthony, who were both adopted by her and Tom Cruise when the two were married.

The former couple went their separate ways back in 2001. Kidman then married Keith Urban in 2006 and has two daughters, Sunday Rose in 2008 and Faith Margaret, who was born by way of a surrogate, in 2010.

The blonde beauty spoke with Marie Claire Australia about the fact that no new little ones will be added to their family. E! Online shares the star’s words.

“I’m done with babies. We’ve got these two glorious children who are five and seven and such a joy to be around.”

Kidman also shared about her deep love and affection for her husband, Keith Urban, and communicated that the two hate being apart from one another so much that there is a rule as to the length of time they can be without the other.

“We spend five days apart at the most and that’s it…once you commit to that, everything becomes simple because we make all of our decisions around that priority. I don’t want to be away from him for one night, and I love that we both still feel that way.”

Keith Urban has a similar deep affection and admiration for his gorgeous wife, which he recently demonstrated while on the red carpet with Kidman.

“While on the red carpet of the 2016 Screen Actors Guild Awards, the Grace of Monaco star told E!’s Giuliana Rancic, ‘You know, you could fall into the Marilyn Monroe camp or the Grace Kelly camp.’ Which camp would Urban belong to?”

Urban quickly jumped in, replying adorably, “The you camp!”

Urban and Kidman have certainly weathered dark times in recent years, and Nicole was sure to share how the hardships were made less terrible due to having the love and support of her husband. Kidman reflected on the loss of her father.

“When you lose your fathers in the family, it makes you even stronger because you can be there for each other to get through it. I’m there for him and he’s there for me, but we miss both of them so much.”

Nicole is just as busy with her acting as she always has been and has a number of projects on the go, Marie Claire shares.

“The actress will be returning to Australia in June to film the second series of Top Of The Lake, a menacing murder mystery helmed by her longtime collaborator and fellow Antipodean Jane Campion.”

Kidman and Urban will be celebrating their June 25 wedding anniversary while in Australia filming, and the actress will also celebrate 10 years as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador at this time. Nicole is also set to “front a new UN campaign called #FaceItTogether which aims to raise awareness about the severity of domestic violence in the Pacific.”

The actress and her husband Keith are based most of the year in Nashville for the purpose of meeting the needs of Urban’s musical projects, yet the two clearly try to adapt to the needs of one another’s careers and to find essential time for their two daughters.

Unfortunately, Kidman is mainly estranged from her adopted children whom she shares with Tom Cruise. Isabella, however, recently was married, and Kidman, although not present at the ceremony, shares how truly happy she is that her daughter found love.
