Former Victoria’s Secret model and rap video star Selita Ebanks is being sued by Telemundo model Liza Irizarry over an altercation at a nightclub last November.

According to the Telegraph, Irizarry claims that she suffered a broken nose during the fight and had to have surgery. The model and is now suing Ebanks.

The NY Daily News reports that the incident occurred at the Dream Nightclub in Miami last November. The altercation began when Irizarry gave Terrence J, Ebanks’ boyfriend, a kiss.

Irizzary said:

“When she saw me, she said, ‘Don’t be kissing my man.’ I said to myself, ‘So what, that’s my friend.’ That’s when she hit me on the nose. I went to swing back – that’s when all her friends jumped in. I felt hair pulling and fists coming at me.”

Irizarry filed a police report after the incident but Ebanks was never charged. Now, the Telemundo model is suing the Victoria’s Secret model for compensation to cover medical bills, pain, and suffering.

Irizarry said:

“I’m so angry, because she thinks she can get away with anything…. You shouldn’t be allowed to put your hands on anyone for no reason. Me saying hello to someone doesn’t give you the right to hit me.”

Ebanks doesn’t believe that Irizarry has a case. Her lawyer, Paul Rothenberg, said that the claims were ”nine months old and completely without merit.”
