Miley Cyrus appears on the cover of the August Issue of Elle Magazine, looking really grown up for her age in a black top, black bra and showing plenty of cleavage.
Elle also interviewed Miley and asked her a few questions about her new line of signature clothing she’s promoting with Max Azria for Wal-Mart. She was also asked about what it’s like to be a child star and how it affects her life and friendships with other young stars:
“It’s hard for all of us. There are so many people that could be using you. So me and Nick and Demi, we don’t need anything from each other. We got our own thing going on.”

Oh come on..Shes not that little kid anymore who danced about with the blonde wig.Shes 16 and will be 17 in November.Shes more or less an adult now.She looks amazing and totally stunning.I would kill to look like her..You go girl.x

seriously, she doesn't look to old for her age she's 17 in a couple of months, surprisingly she is growing up and she obviously knows this so why can't everyone else understand it and so what shes showing cleavage allooott of young women show cleavage, i wish people would stop trying to make scandles out of nothing!!

ehmagawd there is nothing wrong with it shes growing up leave her alone she can do whatever she wants she can pose how ever she wants . probaly if yu were famous like her or yu were her yu would do the same damn thing so shut yur mouth. yeah, and the pictures about last year she had nothing on but at least this time she got somthing on this is wayy better then no clothes at all. and even if these are bad she did say once that the moment she be's good she stops learning so she does wrong things so she can learn but this photo theres nothing wrong with it.
