‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6, Episode 11 Spoilers: Jesus Explains The Saviors – Hilltop Colony Introduced – Maggie Demands Ultrasound

A new episode of The Walking Dead airs this Sunday on AMC. Season 6, episode 11 is titled “Knots Untie,” and based on TWD spoilers, it looks like things are going to get interesting. As seen last week, Jesus made his debut on The Walking Dead. It was quite an entrance, and he sure gave Rick and Daryl a rough time. The writers are not dancing around this storyline, and details will be revealed in the next episode of TWD. Spoilers for The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11 reveal Jesus’ plan, explain the Saviors, introduce the Hilltop Colony, and hint at a development regarding Maggie and Glenn’s baby.

Warning: Spoilers for The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11, titled “Knots Untie” are ahead!

With the title “Knots Untie,” viewers expect the Jesus storyline to continue. Right now, there are a lot of questions about the new character. Although TWD fans who have read The Walking Dead comics know about Jesus, that doesn’t mean the TV series will keep things exactly the same. So, what will be discovered about Jesus on The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11?

In an interview with E! Online, Tom Payne teased that Jesus Rovia (Monroe in The Walking Dead comics) wanted Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon to catch him. The actor also speculated that Jesus wasn’t really knocked out and that he was listening to everything Rick and Daryl were saying. Why was he listening, and in the preview clips for “Knots Untie,” why is Jesus snooping around Alexandria? It was to gather information about Rick’s group and for a specific purpose. What was the reason for Jesus collecting information on Alexandria?

According to The Spoiling Dead Fans Facebook page, Jesus tells Rick Grimes’ group about another post-apocalyptic community. He wants to set up trade between the two groups. By snooping around, Jesus knows that Alexandria is low on food supplies. A sneak peek clip confirms this when Maggie mentions food rationing to Glenn. What could Alexandria give in return? Weapons and bullets. Jesus couldn’t help but notice Rick’s group has a well-stocked armory during his investigation.

Everyone is a potential enemy in The Walking Dead. Rick and the others should be suspicious. This is especially true when thinking of their history of battles with other survivors (the Governor, the Claimers, and who could forget Terminus?) However, with Alexandria on a food ration, Rick is going to have to make the right decision for the community. There is also probably some curiosity as well. The Walking Dead spoilers for “Knots Untie” reveal that Rick, Michonne, Daryl, Abraham, Glenn, and Maggie decide to pay the Hilltop Colony a visit.

On the way to the Hilltop Colony, Jesus wants to investigate a building when they pass a crashed vehicle. He claims the car belongs to someone in his group and that his community members are not fighters. Rick’s group is hesitant, fearing it could be a trap. Despite their doubts, they check it out, kill some walkers, and pick up four new survivors. One of them says he is a doctor, and after learning about Maggie’s pregnancy, the doctor announces gynecology just happens to be his specialty.

The group arrives at the Hilltop Colony during The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11. Right away, Rick dislikes the leader, Gregory. Not wanting to deal with his attitude, Rick chooses Maggie to handle the negotiation.

Spoilers for The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11 state that Maggie tries to strike a deal with Gregory. She offers weapons and medicine in exchange for food. Even though it was Jesus’ idea, Gregory is not interested in a trade. Instead, he says that Alexandria needs to work for its food. However, Maggie will end up getting her way.

Later, she and the others learn about Negan and the Saviors, who provide protection in exchange for the Hilltop Colony’s resources. This isn’t an innocent bartering system. Negan uses death and violence to get his way. The Saviors probably take much more resources than they deserve, too. Fans will see an example of how Negan and the Saviors operate in The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11. Someone will be stabbed, one regular character will be nearly strangled, and Rick will jump in and kill the Saviors’ messenger boy. Did we mention that Daryl Dixon brags about how easily he eliminated the group of Saviors they met on the road on the midseason premiere?

Maggie uses what she has learned about the Saviors to talk to Gregory again. The second offer on The Walking Dead season 6, episode 11 will have Maggie promising to rescue a prisoner. She also vows to make the Saviors disappear. All Maggie wants in exchange is half of the Hilltop Colony’s resources. After Gregory was sent a painful message from the Saviors, he has no choice but to agree to Maggie’s deal.

Later, Maggie will make another demand after finding out the Hilltop Colony has medical equipment. Maggie wants an ultrasound, and by the end of “Knots Untie,” she gets her wish.

What do you think will happen with Jesus, the Hilltop Colony and the Saviors on The Walking Dead? How will Negan react to Maggie’s brazen offer to Gregory on “Knots Untie?” Find out when AMC airs season 6, episode 11 on February 28.
