I think your problem is that you are trying to appeal to a very small niche market that would not likely buy this kind of merchandise online. Eg. for the average teenage girl part of buying the handbag, clothes or whatever is actually going out to the shopping center with friends and buying it, it is part of the experience they are willing to pay a little bit extra for.

In brief the market you are targeting is much to small and is not likely to buy the products through an online retailer.
