Miley Cyrus’ Net Worth: Will She Make Liam Hemsworth Sign An Iron-Clad Prenup?

Since Miley Cyrus’ net worth is at an all-time high, some are wondering if she’ll make her fiancé Liam Hemsworth sign an iron-clad prenup.

According to EarntheNecklace.com, Miley Cyrus, 23, has an estimated net worth of $150 million to $200 million. Cyrus may not be putting out chart-topping music, but she’s still making headlines for her social media accounts, her Happy Hippie Foundation, and her nonstop nude photo shoots.

Of course, dropping free music will not contribute to Miley’s over $100 million net worth, but her sold-out concerts have already added to her wealth. Her past five tours have earned her $200 million, making her one of the highest-selling pop stars in the world, according got the report. Miley earns an estimated 95 percent from her concerts. Her last major tour – the Bangerz Tour – raked in nearly $60 million back in 2014.

And because of her growing net worth, Cyrus has experienced a very cushy lifestyle. In her latest interview with Marie Claire for their September 2015 issue, the “Wrecking Ball” singer revealed that the reason why she wanted to release her new music for free was for the love of her craft rather than to make money.

“People in this industry think, ‘I just gotta keep getting more money,’ and I’m like, ‘What are you getting more money for? You probably couldn’t even spend it all in this life time.’ People get more famous, so that they can make their brand more famous, so that they can sell more s**t, so that they can make more money. It’s a never-ending cycle. Getting more money, having more hits, being lead in the movie – those things might stimulate you, but they don’t make you happy. I’ve experienced it all already, and I’m telling you firsthand, it doesn’t.”

“I make [music] because I like it. And then I put it out to the public because there are some people out there who like it, too.”

Although she revealed that she doesn’t like making more money, the singer has also raked in $12 million from endorsement deals. She’s been selling her Bangerz merchandise along with advertising goods and merchandise from her non-profit organization which creates awareness for both young homeless people in the LGBT community. Cyrus’ social media pages have links to the organization’s official website, where anyone can donate a minimum of $25 to her charity.

Miley Cyrus’ claim to fame was starring on Disney’s hit series, Hannah Montana. When she was just a teenager, Miley scored a major $7 million endorsement deal with Disney to sell Hannah Montana merchandise in stores. She also earned $5 million for her short-lived clothing line in Walmart stores. Now she will be receiving a cool $6.4 million for her role of key advisor and mentor on Season 10 of the NBC singing competition, The Voice, which premieres on Feb. 29.

Though she hasn’t been acting for years, the entertainer is believed to have earned $7 million from acting alone, with Hannah Montana being her highest payout of $1.9 million. According to recent reports, she has been cast by Woody Allen in his new Amazon series set in the 1960s, which will only add to her ever-growing net worth.

Now rumors have been swirling that Miley Cyrus has been having “heated arguments” with Liam Hemsworth over their prenuptial agreement. Since Cyrus net worth is on the rise, it would be wise for her to protect some of her assets. She reportedly wants to sign a prenuptial agreement estimated at $176 million, their total value combined, which has been resulting in fights between the couple, according to Life & Style magazine’s latest issue.

An alleged insider told the tabloid that while Liam doesn’t think a prenup is neither necessary nor romantic, Miley wants to control of her finances. After all, she built her brand since she was a little girl. Liam is reportedly worth $16 million, despite his success with the The Hunger Games franchise. But Miley wants to sign the agreement so she doesn’t lose her earnings in case their relationship ends, like it did back in 2013.

This story conflicts with Radar Online’s recent report about Miley Cyrus being so blinded by love that she’s willing to walk down the aisle without a prenup. An alleged source claimed that her family had to step in and make her realize why having one in place is so important.

According to a recent report via TMZ, Cyrus also purchased a new home in Malibu for $2.5 million to share with Hemsworth, despite recent reports that the couple has been living together in his nearby home. Sources told the celebrity gossip blog that Hemsworth’s home has been overrun with house guests and animals, and this new home provides a quiet getaway for the couple. Another source told Us Weekly that the plan is for the Australian actor to move in when he’s ready.
