Saint West Pictures: Kim Kardashian Gives Birth On ‘KUWTK,’ Shares First Photo

Saint West’s birth will be seen on tomorrow night’s new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but will a photo be released, as well? Although Saint West is nearly 3-months-old, fans have yet to see anything but the hand of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s son, which has left fans sitting on the edge of their seats, awaiting their first look.

In a sneak peek at Sunday night’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, shared by Us Weekly on February 18, Kim is seen announcing to her mother, Kris Jenner, that her water “just broke.”

“What!” Jenner exclaims.

In another sneak peek, as Us Weekly also revealed, Kim was seen speaking in a confessional, revealing how nervous she was for the birth of her second child, Saint West, who arrived on December 5, 2015.

“I can’t even begin to explain the anxiety that you have when you just don’t know when you’re gonna go into labor,” Kim told the camera. “They always say your second baby comes quicker, so I just hope I make it there in time. … The unknown just scares me.”

In the months leading up to Saint West’s birth, Kim spoke of her high-risk pregnancy. In November, just weeks before Saint West was born in Los Angeles, Kim opened up about her fears for delivery during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. At the time, Kim admitted to having stress about Saint West’s then-upcoming arrival, but said that she was doing her best to manage it in a health manner. Kim also recalled her first pregnancy with daughter North West (North was born in June 2013), stating that she was forced to give birth nearly six weeks early due to early-onset preeclampsia, which leads to high blood pressure and swelling of the feet and legs.

“My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails,” Kim explained of the painful experience with North. “My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before.”

“They say that this is what some women died from as a result of childbirth back in the day, without proper care. I’m so thankful that my doctor was able to catch this and address the issue immediately. I have amazing doctors that helped me through the entire process and I’m so grateful I was able to conceive again!”

Although Kim was surely her pregnancy with Saint West would be far less eventful than her daughter’s dramatic arrival, it was unfortunately quite similar.

Just a short time after Saint West’s birth, a source spoke to People Magazine, revealing Kim experienced a “tough birth” due to placenta complications. According to the source, Kim suffered from placenta accreta during her pregnancy with Saint West, just as she did with North, and after Saint West’s birth, her placenta remain attached to the inside of her body instead of coming out as it should. So, again, her doctor had to remove it with his hands.

In the months since Saint West’s birth, Kim shared the first photo of her son, which featured him holding onto the finger of his big sister, North.

For more of Saint West’s birth, tune into the Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 11 finale on Sunday at 9 p.m. on the E! Network. Although Saint West isn’t expected to make an appearance on the show himself, the moments leading up to his complicated birth will be seen.
