‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer Returns To Twitter After Breakup, Pregnancy Rumors

Leah Messer has been the target of several recent rumors, but on Twitter, the Teen Mom 2 star is her typical self. In addition to steering clear of the speculation into her romance with T.R. Dues, which may or may not have ended weeks ago, she’s shared a number of country music videos on her page.

“I love this video! Tim McGraw – Humble And Kind,” Leah Messer captioned the message of her first video, which was shared on February 17.

Then, just moments later, Messer posted a second clip, with the caption, “And this one… I Need You | Official Music Video | McGraw (feat. Faith Hill).”

Last year, during production on the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer and her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, parted ways after years of fighting over his busy schedule and allegations of her cheating. Although Leah Messer denied cheating on her husband with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd, as he told fans on Twitter, she eventually admitted to having relations with Corey Simms (her first husband) in 2013, which was just one year into her marriage to Calvert (Simms was also married at the time).

Following Leah Messer’s divorce, the reality star and mother of three began dating her former personal trainer, T.R. Dues, and quickly made their romance a live-in situation with her three daughters and his two sons. However, rather than expose her relationship with Dues on the show, Leah Messer chose to keep things between them a total secret from fans. In fact, in addition to keeping Dues away from the MTV cameras, she failed to mention him at all.

After Teen Mom 2 Season 6 production wrapped, Leah Messer traveled to Los Angeles, as did her ex-husbands, for the reunion show, where she was confronted on-camera about her relationship with Dues. At the time, Simms claimed their 6-year-old daughter, Aleeah, told him about Leah Messer’s boyfriend and also revealed that he was living in their home. Still, Leah Messer acted as if she had no idea where her daughter’s claim came from and continued to deny her relationship.

Months later, as she prepared to regain custody at a court hearing with her ex-husband, Leah Messer was accused of staging a fake breakup from Dues in order to appear as if she were a more stable and fit parent for Ali and Aleeah. However, quickly after, a source told Radar Online that the pair didn’t really split up.

“[Leah Messer] said they broke up a little while ago,” one source told the outlet. “She said it just didn’t work out. He wasn’t a good boyfriend.”

However, in the same report, other insiders confirmed to Radar Online at the twice-divorced mother of three, 23, and her 32-year-old boyfriend were still living together in a Charleston, West Virginia, home.

“They are very much together, and live as a family with her daughters and his sons,” the insider said, noting Dues’ two children, Tyshawn, 8, and Angelo, 4. “Leah knows it doesn’t look good for her to have a new man in the house already. She wants to look like a stable single mom to the judge in order for her to get her girls back.”

In court, Leah Messer was able to win joint custody of her daughters just months after primary custody was granted to Simms.

Leah Messer will return to MTV for Teen Mom 2 Season 7 on March 21 at 10 p.m.
