Who Is Lady Gaga’s Boyfriend? Singer Is Set To Wed Actor Taylor Kinney

Lady Gaga will hit the stage at the 2016 Grammy Awards in a matter of hours, and as she prepares for her big performance, her boyfriend, actor Taylor Kinney is likely at her side. While it remains unclear whether Kinney will be in attendance at the upcoming awards show, it’s safe to say he’ll be cheering his leading lady on as she takes the stage to honor the late David Bowie.

Over the weekend, prior to Lady Gaga’s performance, she and Kinney celebrated the Valentine’s Day holiday, as well as the one-year anniversary of their engagement. As fans can see from the photos below, Kinney presented singer Lady Gaga with a stunning, diamond-shaped engagement ring last year, and ever since, the pair has been preparing to walk down the aisle.

On February 14, Pop Sugar shared a number of the couple’s cutest snapshots, revealing they aren’t shy about sharing special moments on social media.

Lady Gaga and Kinney began dating in 2011, and years later, prior to their engagement, Lady Gaga opened up about the romance.

“He’s the first man that I have dated that, when I sing onstage, he cries,” Lady Gaga revealed during an interview with U.K. paper The Times, via a Celebuzz report in October 2014. “That means more to me than anything. He’s supportive of everything I do. He loves me from the inside out, and he is completely blind to the way that I dress, my creative process as it is–He knows me as the Italian-American girl my mother and father gave birth to.”

For years, Lady Gaga has been one of the more flamboyant artists of her time, but when it comes to her relationship with Kinney, their romance is far from a show. In fact, the two are reportedly extremely passionate about one another, and hope to one day settle down and start a family together.

“I want to have tons of kids, actually…I think at least three,” Lady Gaga said. “I really want to have a family and I really want to nurture my children and inspire [them]. To be honest, having my own kids will be like having three little monsters with me all the time. They probably won’t be fans. They’ll probably like hate my music who knows… I want to live a family life. I grew up with a very strong family and I just cannot imagine not having a normal nuclear family.”

As for when Lady Gaga and Kinney are planning to tie the knot, they have yet to announce an official wedding date, but they have given fans some clues. According to a Pop Sugar report last month, Lady Gaga and Kinney will wed sometime this year, but likely won’t make an announcement about the date before they do. Kinney also revealed their wedding would likely be traditional to Lady Gaga’s heritage, meaning it would be an extravagant event.

Kinney also spoke of his upcoming wedding date during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s late night show, Watch What Happens Live.

“We’re so busy. We’ve been engaged for less than a year,” he said. “We’ve been talking about whether it’s New York, Los Angeles, [or a] destination place so we don’t have an exact date yet.”

Also during the show, Kinney dished on Lady Gaga’s love of the Real Housewives, and of Lisa Vanderpump.
