The tenth season of Project Runway doesn’t premiere until tomorrow, but Heidi Klum‘s appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon seems to suggest that the hostess with the most-est is a bit disillusioned with the contestants this season.

Much like The Biggest Loser, Klum’s Project Runway has been making the media over contestants dropping out of the show like flies, due to feeling overwhelmed, reports the Huffington Post. This caused Klum to shame the show’s dropouts during a sit-down with Jimmy Fallon, admitting, “We had some cowards on the show. I have to say, they never even said goodbye.”

“The next day we pick up the designers and two are missing,” Klum recalled. “We were like, ‘What happened to them?’ They had just walked off in the middle of the night…They weren’t cut out for it. They couldn’t make it work, as Tim always says.”

So what happened? According to the New York Post, the upcoming season’s contestants were particularly perturbed psychologically. Apparently, one male designer “had an episode as the show filmed at Parsons School for Design. A psychologist was brought in to talk to him, but he seemed too nervous and it was decided he should leave the show.” Mere hours before, a female designer and contestant disappeared from the set. The source detailed that, “She just ran off in the middle of the night. The next morning she wasn’t in her bed, her suitcase was gone. Producers went to her home, and her doorman said she was upstairs but didn’t want to see anyone.”

Michael Kors apparently rallied the rest of the contestants together for a pep talk, but Klum showed less sympathy, instead opting for irritation. “Without my ‘auf wiedersehen,’ that bugs me!” she told Fallon.

Project Runway kick-starts Thursday with a special “Road to the Runway” episode airing at 8:00 p.m. ET. The season will begin in earnest next week on Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
